Pros:

I reached the hotel according to my arrival at night but hotel was totally black out. The staff on duty informed me that electricity will resume very soon. The Driver of the cab informed me their electricity is disconnected due to non payment.

The Almighty Allah knows better than me. It was very awkward situation for me and then immediately I got booking of another hotel nearest to the Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore

I request the booking dot com please establish a survey team to check the property then allow to subscribe in booking.com.

The above situation is totally misguidance from the booking dot com for the travelers. Kindly check at your end the above property and remove them from your portal.

Cons:

Please remove the name and details of Air Inn Hotel from your portal immediately otherwise travelers will be always misguided and your company will have a bad name in business circle.

Very very bad experience... Dirty hotel..mattress & pillow are very dirty & old. Bad smell found.

Cons:

Wrong name mentioned in Booking .com.
Ugly furniture condition..smokers used this hotel. Bad odour in the whole hotel.. At Main gate drainage water there..too much smell..
Mattress & other room stuff is very old. In the ADs pics looking new but in fact opposite.
Not suitable for family & patients.. only dirty & smokers can stay.

There is nothing to like about everything fallen a part bed sheet blankets no iron no fridge in the room room and bathroom condition was weary bad

Pros:

This Hotel Name was not displayed on the property, rather Family Ties was the real property label.
They charged Extra Rs.1000/- than the committed price/rent on App.
Not recommended for family stays.
It's for couples to stay for a short time.
Bikes parked inside make a lot of noise in the corridor and rooms.
Food is served from outside with service charges which is overall expensive.

Nearest to my University, that's all.
