Pros:

Zimmer klein aber schön, schönes Bad. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Restaurant an sich gut, allerdings war der Service und/oder die Küche komplett überfordert. Wir hatte für ca 25 Personen reserviert, mussten dann aber in den Wintergarten umziehen. Dort war es sehr kalt und wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis wir die Bestellung aufgeben konnten. 6 Essen wurden vergessen und kamen erst nach mehrfacher Reklamation und 2,5 h nach der Bestellung - mit dem
Kommentar- „wollen Sie das jetzt noch“. Tragisch war, dass auch zwei Kleinkinder ewig auf das Essen warten mussten. Es war genug Servicepersonal da- aber irgendwie fühlte sich keiner zuständig!

Gemütliche tschechische Brauerei mit angeschlossenem Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable
Able to leave our luggage in the room until 12 as we had a look at the castle

Skvělé ubytování, čisto, milý personál, dobré pivo a ceny, ze kterých člověk nemusí volat účetnímu 😄 Škoda, že ta dobrá snídaně musí jednou skončit.

Kaffee ist auch sehr gut,
Schade das man das Zimmer erst ab 16 Uhr benützen kann.

Der Radabstellraum ist eigentlich ein Getränkelagerraum und viel zu klein. Hier muss sich das Hotel dringend eine Lösung überlegen.

Cons:

Rezervovala jsem si pokoj dle nabídky dvoulůžkový s manželskou postelí,dvěma okny s výhledem. Dostalala jsem pokoj čtyřlůžkový, tmavý s jedním oknem do ulice. Vrátila jsem se s prosbou,že jsem si tento pokoj nerezervovala,tak jsem dostala jiný..dvoulůžkový ,maličký se strešním okýnkem. Takže zase špatně. Vzhledem k tomu,že jsem pobyla jen jednu noc,již jsem neřesila,ale za tu cenu honě zamrzi a velké zklamání..

Pros:

Pěkný pobyt v rekokonstruovaném objektu. Pivo z pivovaru fakt dobré, jídlo výborné. Obsluha v restauraci pozorná.

-chybí výtah
-chybí parkovací stání (i když jsme si zažádali o rezervaci, přes to jsme museli parkovat na žadost recepční až na náměstí)
-v celém objektu byl non stop slyšet nějaký zvuk čerpadla, nebo nějakého motoru
-polopenze byla opravdu polo (při příjezdu jsme fásli 4lístečky na dva dny pro 4 lidi) tyto lístečky se odevzdávaly při večeři, takže lísteček a doplatek za večeři z jídelního lístky
-na pokoji nebylo ani šitíčko, ani lžíce na obouvání obuvy
-samozavírače na dveřích šíleně silné

Wir werden dort nicht nochmals Übernachten
Pros:

Gute Lage, im Wesentlichen sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war okay.

Cons:

Das Abendessen wurde leider lauwarm serviert. Nach der ersten Pbernachtung wurde kein Zimmerservice durchgeführt. Als wir abends zurück zum Zimmer kamen war es schon spät. Am nächsten Morgen beim Check out sägte man uns das sei ein Versehen gewesen. Uns wurde keine Kompensation angeboten. Die zugebuchte Halbpension wurde in Form eines Konsumationsgutscheins vergeben. Dieser reichte jedoch nicht für ein fernüftiges Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Für die 300 czkr konnte man lediglich Vorspeisen auswählen für eine vernünftige Hauptmalzeit reichte es nicht.
