We had chance to stay 2 nights, hzband wife and 3 kids.
It was a very lovely and pleasant experience. Staff is very respectful. I dont remember if we had listened "No" from staff. Even, we kept calling staff at night to heat the kids milk bottles. We were personally feeling that it is not good to cal again and again but they were never late attending us. They gave us perception that we are happy to serve u. Even we ordered food from outside and called them to warm it, they presented it nicely with plates, forks spoons etc.
We once asked for typical desi kahwa thought they will not be able to prepare but they provided us also.
In the breakfast, my kids asked them half boiled eggs, omelettes bread jam, they kept on providing.
Beds are comfortable, we stayed in winter and enjoyed warm water.
Regarding the restaurant menu, we felt expensive so we didnot tried any dish. But the good thing, staff guided us nearby restaurants and we ordered online and staff helped us make it warm and presented nicely as mentioned earlier.
As a summary, our experience was very pleasant with them.
This was our first time staying a hotel in islamabad but honestly we enjoyed alot. We recommend this hotel to any readers here.
That was all for the hotel. Now for the readers, i would recommend u make booking online from authentic site and keep in touch with the hotel. The price at the desk is far above than that we get online. I booked kind size room with 2 king beds which was expensive on desk. I used deal on booking.com and got discount which is not worth mention here.
There is not that much which we dont like. As per the cost theiy are giving 200%. But still i can share my recommendation/opinion
During our stay we nvr noticed any female staff and a uniformed security guard (may be because this is DHA Islamabad). Although the male staff is highly trained and showed extreme respect without a doubt, but deploying female staff, uniformed security guard and uniformed staff adds the sense of security for a family oriented property.
Again for the readers, i dont want to dilute their hospitality. And by the time u are looking this hotel, may be they have upgraded the property.
As a note, i stayed in many hotels in other cities, but the level of respect u get here from the staff that is exceptional. Every one must get the taste of nuva.
Cleanliness
Breakfast that was included was 1 egg and two toast. Was charged extra for everything else.
Was no option to pay by card despite there being a card machine present. Told that booking.com have made their commission and if they charge my card they’ll lose a percentage etc etc.
The room was spacious. With sofas etc.
Our washroom had a water drainage problem. It was difficult to take a shower.
