Pros:

If you’d like to stay at the Ritz and enjoy the amenities at a discount this is a great option. You will certainly be paying enough at the hotel restaurants on top of parking and the resort fee so it’s great to save money on the room. It’s a great option for the price but just be aware the room could use a deep cleaning. The main issues were the bathtub drain is clearly blocked and drains slowly, the bathroom vent is disgusting and full of dust and the floor wiped up brown when we had a spill so I imagine the carpet could use a cleaning as well. The beds were decent and everything else was decent. We would stay again for the value and amenities.

Great place!
Pros:

Absolutely incredible place inside an incredible hotel at an incredible location. So much great food in walking distance - at the hotel and around Key Biscayne. Amazing splash pad for the kids. Easy to use pool and beach. Friendly and helpful staff

Pros:

This 1BR apartment was very nice and clean. The furnishings are probably 10 years old but you can tell they are high quality with alot of elegant touches. The owners would make the experience better if they provided more towels. The washer without the dryer doesn’t make sense especially if you’re needing a longer rental. We were there 4 days and 3 nights so it made little difference to us. The coffee machine was nice but they only provided 1 pod.

Pros:

The Ritz is great. My experience wit We Host was reasonable, however, their portal was difficult to use, the property I rented was not cleaned and we had to stay in an alternate room for the first of our three nights, and the compensation offered for the inconvenience while promised was not delivered. I would stay there again but might think twice about going through a third party.
