Great small space but no parking ???

Ideal location to want to walk to both a Marlins game and to Little Havana, only a few blocks for both. Room was small and clean. Small kitchenette was heplful. The bathroom was very small and the shower was the narrowest i have ever seen, just wider than my shoulders. The staff was very prompt and helpful with communication. I had a great night of sleep, neighborhood was residential and quiet.

Casa Agave Miami is a great choice if you’re looking for a functional, apartment-style stay close to LoanDepot Park. The property is simple but clean, the host communicates well, and the neighborhood has plenty of character and energy. Perfect for a game day or short trip to Miami.

My stay at Casa Agave in Little Havana Miami was absolutely perfect! The check-in experience was fantastic and incredibly fast — they even provided me with the code several hours before my scheduled arrival, which made everything so easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, but honestly even better in person! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal, and the staff are truly amazing — warm, super helpful, and always ready to assist. I’ve stayed at several of their other locations, and each one keeps getting better and better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Todo está excelente, lo único que considero es hablar bien el tema del baño porque es un muy chiquito. Si eres una persona un poquito gruesita considéralo. Pero la ubicación, el lugar y la atención es excelente.

We ended up not staying here. Our flight came in early and we weren’t able to get into the apartment for an early check in. The manager wasn’t responsive and not very kind through messages.

Just what I wanted. 1. Safe 2. Clean. 3 Fair price. 4. In Little Havana. Oh, did I say clean? Joe

The place was clean, smelled great, and easily accessible. The communication was clear and we enjoyed our stay.

Cute decor, but in a crowded neighborhood. The sheets were short and there was only one washcloth? No shower door so the bathroom got wet and it was very small. I needed a room asap so couldn't be picky but I wouldn't stay here again.

Was a great spot for going to marlins games. We added a night cause we were having a great time.

Amazing hosts! Very understanding and helpful!

There are several design apartments. The one we used had what the owner called, unusual problems when I reported them so they may be fixed by now. No hot water the first night. (Owners had to reset a tripped water heater the next day.) Electricity went out the second night in 1/2 of the apt with no hot water again. Water from the small shower streamed onto the floor outside the open 1/2 glass wall on the 2' 4' shower area. Rooster in the nearby neighborhood crowing from 1am, on, both nights I was there.

We had a great time at Casa Agave. It's a nice, clean, spacious apartment, though the bathroom is a little cramped. You can't beat the location: we were able to walk to a Marlins game and Little Havana. The hotel staff was friendly, too. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is a bit loud, and the roosters were quite noisy in the early hours, but that's not the hotel's fault. We're very happy we stayed here.

Everything was fine, but the shower was very small. And there was nowhere to park the car, so overall it was good.

Neighborhood was pretty quiet, this is a bunch of connected mini-apartments/studios. Overall a basic stay and the bathrooms are very small. The cleaning team are genuine and try and do a good job.

We had an issue with some bugs (never concluded what they were), the response was satisfactory and eventually led to an upgrade to another property, although took extensive messaging. I wouldn't stay here again, but it's about what you'd expect for the price.
