Le personnel n’est pas présent sur place (personne présent physiquement sur place) et la description de la chambre était mensongère (prévu pour 3) alors que le canapé lit de la troisième personne était un simple canapé sans draps ni couverture ni oreille

Le camere che stanno al primo piano hanno poca privacy in quanto si vede tutto dalle finestre ma noi abbiamo alloggiato al piano di sopra tutto ok!

La posizione era perfetta, al centro della 14th strada, vicino al mare e di fronte ad un supermercato abbastanza fornito. Super comodo per qualsiasi attività.

Cons:

Non c'era possibilità di lasciare le valigie post checkout, non c'era un riferimento se non quello su whatsapp perché la struttura non ha una hall o un centro per richieste dirette.

El tema del check-in que al llegar muy temprano al ligar, no pude acceder a la habitación ni dejar el equipaje, no tuve una buena comunicacion antes de llegar, con lo cual recién me enteré al llegar y cono al reservar decía servicios de conserjería, pensaba que se podían dejar el equipaje, aunque sabia que no había recepción. El servicio de conserjería me explicaron era una vez hecho el check-in. Si hubiera tenido esta información antes, hubiera combinado la llegada para hora del chec-in que a mi gusro es un poco tarde 16 hs
