La douche ne fonctionnait pas. La climatisation était inutilisable car juste à côté du lit. Le canapé lit peu confortable. Bruyant. Manque de volets car l’éclairage extérieur est gênant la nuit.

Love the location, the ease of check in, the super responsive staff (via Whatsapp), the room size (vs a hotel). It's a mid grade hotel/apartment but if you accept it for that, it's really quite fine. It's probably the smoothest check in to a hotel I've ever had.

Cons:

The AC is really noisy - enough that we would choose somewhere else next time.
Small ask: if check out is 11am, please don't come knocking at 10:30 and again at 10.45. 11 = 11.

We truly enjoyed our stay and being close to the beach! We will keep this one on our radar for future trips to Miami!

La proximité avec Ocean Drive, la plage. En plein centre de Miami Beach, emplacement très bien.

Cons:

Nous étions 3 et nous avions eu un lit double ainsi qu’une sorte de canapé lit. Le canapé lit était tout petit, ne se dépliait pas, et était extrêmement dur. La pression de la douche inexistante.
