Très bon emplacement, à deux pas de la belle gare Union Station et juste à côté du fameux restaurant Lou Mitchell's où il est possible de prendre son petit-déjeuner. Le quartier est calme et plutôt sympathique, la station de métro Clinton est à 5min à pied. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.
Seul bémol de l'appartement : très mal insonorisé, on entend les conversations clairement dans les chambres attenantes, cela peut être problématiques si on a des voisins bruyants. Nous avons également retrouvé des cheveux dans les draps à notre arrivée et des poils collés sur le mur de la douche.

The location was great. Close to Union Station train and bus terminal. Traffic noise isn’t too bad - it quiets down at night. Room was clean with basic kitchen equipment and laundry machine. Full asian market with fresh produce nearby.
Noise from other units. Our neighbors were low key but know that if you’re talking loud your conversation will be heard. The unit isn’t super dark at night, but during the day light filtering blinds are pleasant so it’s a trade off. Water pressure in shower is pitiful. The temp was okay though.
This is the first time we have stayed in a hotel with no front desk. No problems. Everything is done online, from check-in through to any question resolution. You use the Sondor apps live chat for any questions and they are really quick to respond. We used it twice to confirm washing machine instructions and luggage storage and it worked really well. Room is clean and has new facilities (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer). It is next to an iconic diner (great breakfast) and around the corner front Union Station
Convenient location to walk all over Chicago and we did. The room was perfect for a couple, all appliances were new and well looked after. The App worked well and we received replies within minutes.
One of the windows in our apartment didnt close properly and we could smell the fast food restaurant all the time. When the other windows were open it was extremely strong. I do like to sleep with a window open at night.
