We were 4 women (45-60 yr old) on a girls trip for the weekend. The description should clearly state there is NOT an elevator and no assistance carrying luggage up 2 flights of stairs. We could have packed differently if we knew in advance. We were also very disappointed to find only one bathroom, once mangement verified we did indeed book a 2 bathroom condo. We were given a credit of $232.00 or 15% discount for their mistake. Four women, 1 bathroom with a glass shower door was extremely inconvenient. We did not receive any compensation for water leak and mold in the living room. We wasted several hours of our vacation waiting for maintenance to inspect but unable to stop the rain water pouring in. Overall the location was good, the condo was modern and well equiped.

Our unit was very dark even with all the lights on as bright as they would go. It would be tough preparing a meal, washing dishes in this unit. Windows to an alley did not allow much natural light either. The unit clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Broadway area. Unit the we were given did not match the pictures.

The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. The main floor room we had was slightly below ground level. It was dark, cave-like and quiet musky smelling. You can also hear everything from the hallways and other rooms due to lack of sound proofing.

This was the most disappointing place I’ve ever stayed. When I booked this stay months ago for a girls trip with my daughter, I wanted to stay somewhere unique and had a lot of space. I chose a 2 bed/2 bath, there was no choice of a which room but I chose to pay extra per the pictures that were on the website to be in a room that according to the pictures and description was a large, bright space with an outside terrace/balcony. It looked perfect in the pictures to what I was hoping for my weekend with my daughter. Instead what I got was suite 1B, essentially a basement apartment, no light, and tight spaces.. The suite only had one window was next to the glass back door that led out to the alley with views of the dumpsters for the restaurant next door and open to a public street. Anyone could walk up to the glass back door that didn’t have any curtains for privacy. It was very uncomfortable and felt very unsafe. We definitely couldn’t use the space. We even avoided the living space at night because anyone could just walk up and see into the apartment. The main bathroom was so small that you couldn’t wash your face in the sink because you couldn’t bend to rinse you face without running into the door. The bathroom attached to the front room had black mold on the shower curtain and piles of dirt in the corners. Sleeping. Sleeping was impossible. The split AC units in the apartment would vibrate the entire wall when it turned on and then it would make a horrible noise be

Great location and nice property. There was miscommunication on the arrival time. The day before I was called and I told the representative that I would be arriving between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I arrived at 2:00pm and the code would not work for the door. I called the concierge and they said the unit had not been inspected and would not be available until 2:30pm. They said they would call back, but did not. I also had an issue with the thermostat in the bedroom being locked. It took multiple calls and visits before it was fixed. I did get a partial credit on the first night of the stay because of this issue.

Very convenient for downtown areas. Easy to access and apartment was very clean. Would use mint house again

This property exceeded our expectations, and was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Nashville!

Stayed at the property with friends in order to enjoy the Nashville Night life and be able to walk to our accommodation. This was a great way to stay together without being in a hotel. The property was clean and well equipped. One thing to be aware of... there is no elevator. Our four bedroom with a terrace... was on the third floor; plus two additional flights of stairs inside... not ideal for the older individuals in our group. Also, the property only provides your access information 18hours prior to check in... so if you are travelling without a cell phone... you cannot print and have the information in advance. This was a hassle for us as this was our second stop and we did not want to use our data while travelling.

We would definitely book this property again! It was spacious enough for a party of 3. Very modern and trendy. Out of all the properties we found, this was the best one. Hidden gem!

This place is amazing! The location was great and the place was beautiful.

This penthouse was absolutely stunning. 3 floors, comfy, and overall perfect. I will stay here again when I come back in two years. Very close to broadway,food and shopping which made it convenient for us. Walgreens right around the corner for any quick needs you had which we did. Breakfast restaurant right next door with very kind staff. Totally recommend with your family or friends.

Property was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were impeccable. Only thing to note was the railing to the second floor was falling off and the door to the second floor bathroom was falling off the hinges other than that I would stay here again.

Close to downtown. Nice property. Clean, comfortable and secure. I would stay there again.

Great property! It was walking distance to Broadway and Capitol Park area. There was easy access to interstates for navigating the city (Opry and other tours). Nearby public parking was convenient but expensive (standard Nashville rates). There are homeless people residing in the area, but we never felt unsafe. There is a lot of construction, but this is all over downtown Nashville. Go to the coffee shop across the street for breakfast!

It is a great place for a group to stay! The living area is small but open concept; kitchen and living combined with stools at the kitchen bar. Large windows make it feel more spacious, and everything is renovated! One bedroom and bath on the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second level, and a third bedroom and bath on the third level. We rarely used the balcony because it was on the third level, and we had already climbed three flights just to get into the apartment. It’s a restored building, so there is not an elevator. The beds were so comfortable! I melted into them every night! One room had a small A/C problem which we reported to the owner when we saw him in passing. I gave it 4 stars because our access code did not work at check-in, and we had to call the 800 number. They resolved the issue within 30 minutes but having a check-in desk and someone local to direct call would have been more convenient. Despite this hiccup, we would stay here again due to location and how nice the apartment was!

Stayed here with 6 girls for a concert weekend - awesome spot, clean and comfortable accommodations, easy communication. Would stay here again!

Best rental in Nashville

The property was nice. We enjoyed staying here, although we had issues with the HVAC the first night (it was really hot!). And there were ants all over the floor in the kitchen the 2nd night. Overall, we liked the apartment and the location.
