I stayed a few nights here and had a great stay. First room wasn’t clean and no hot water, but the staff were quick to change it for me and I got a clean room. I ordered dinner with room service and it was delicious. The pool needs some cleaning so I didn’t go in. The hotel is in a suburban area with Nepali villas, but takes a tuk tuk or some walking to go into Bharatpur. All in all a good stay, but the price is a little to high for the state of the hotel

The facilities used to create this is reliant on cheap material and the staff are not very helpful. They do not inform you that their prices are not inclusive of VAT when booking and they only accept rupees no other currencies.
Second time we stayed here and everything was pleasant.
First inpression was really good but then more and more things happend. We specificly asked about the breakfast menu for the following day since we had a taxi booked for us 8:30 and were told that we could just come down anytime before that. They woke us up by calling us on the phone at 6:30?! I really dont appreciate that, horrible way to wake up when we didnt ask for it. They called to ask if we wanted breakfast and when we got down they said that we couldnt have whats on the meny (which we had asked for the day before). When I mention that the guy said ok to the menu anyway and when the food came we didnt get the right thing anyway. As for me I struggle to eat lunch/dinner food for breakfast so that just made me ill and that was the very specific reason why I asked the day before. Halfway through breakfast they came and said that taxi was here, 30 min early.. When we collected our laundry everything was still wet even if it had been washed the day before. For that price we paid it should have definately been dried and thats what you expect. No appologies or anything, im very dissapointed and I left annoyed which was very obvious.
