The location was great when using the ride service making CityPlace easy to find as an alternative transportation. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Traveling solo I felt very safe inside and out walking my dog.
I felt the communication could have been a little better. The fitted sheet was missing from the bedding.
Check in is at 4 which normally everywhere else is at 2 so left me stuck outside waiting. Exactly 4 i got the code and was able to go inside. Upon arrival the place looked pretty decent the dog area is small. I had to park .y truck in the street infront of the building. When going inside i noticed the door doesnt shut and thebonly way to close it is to use the dead bolt. Since someone had removed the dead bolt latch plate it was still very loose and could of been easily pushed open. The appliances had mold and nasty old stuff in it the towels were dirty. The shower has a window with no blinds over it and a apartment right beside u that can look into it besides this it wasa quite stay. I believe it was priced too high for what it was!
I feel like it could be cleaned up more new appliances looks like there was blood or some splashed on the walls.. the drains need to be looked into… the dryer need maintenance… the bedsheets and blankets need to be properly washed with bleached… because there was hair on it on the first night… who ever owns these airbnbs needs to do better you make enough money to make sure everything is cleaned perfectly and washed properly… some ideas by extra beddings so you can take one home or to a laundromat to make assure all linen is washed equally and properly…
Reasonably priced. Easy check in. Would be nice if couch was pull out bed & there was a tv in living room other then that no complaints

The room had roaches and rat feces in it. The bathroom was not as pictured I could not physically fit in the shower if I did stay there. There was an ammonia smell to the room and the a/c unit was broken. When I reached out to the property through the app they took 3 hours to respond which is unacceptable because I needed a refund to pay for another property to stay at. I had to end my trip early with my wife who was extremely upset and disgusted by the condition of the property, the room and the lack of customer support.
Needed more towels, basics like salt and pepper, and a curtain to cover window that is big on the wall in the shower.
Really enjoyed our stay at the property, the only complaints that there aren't any coffe mug at our unit but other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
The owner is unresponsive in resolving any issues or just communicating in general. The sheets, blankets, rugs, couch, dishes, and toilet were all dirty upon arrival. There was no hot water or sufficient climate control in freezing temperatures (heating, and hot water) The photos on Hotels.com are clearly photoshopped and doctored, and do not match the actual appearance. The couch shown in the photos provided on Hotels.com is clearly long enough for someone to sleep on, however the actual couch is not even big enough for a child to comfortably sleep on. If I could give this place a zero based on the entire experience, I would not even hesitate to do so. Utterly disgusting and unprofessional.
I arrived at the property, the bed had a fitted sheet only with no top sheet or comforter, while it was twenty degrees outside. There was duct tape on the windows and the fridge made a horrendous noise. There was only one towel for the two adults staying and no hand towel. I attempted to contact the property manager and they avoided our calls and texts. It took Expedia numerous attempts as well. The manager informed Expedia that they would be in contact with me, which they were not. I had to contact them yet again. They finally answered and explained that they were going to contact housekeeping and get back with me in 5 minutes. I called back after not hearing anything for 15 minutes. He informed me that he was unable to reach housekeeping and that he would be moving me to a different unit. I went to check the new unit and it had a top sheet that had multiple holes in it and again only one towel and no blankets. I sent pictures to the manager and called multiple times. We decided to leave and return home since they were unable to provide the basic necessities. Now they have denied a refund and are ignoring any communication attempts.

Light up Mirror did not work in room 202 but other than that it was perfect !
no hot water 7 days. had to call the handyman everyday. finally the hamdyman said the water heater is broken and there is nothing he can do. i booked a different hotel on the last day. the customer service is not responsive. stay away
I booked this particular spot for the location. I was on a business trip and it was close to my favorite restaurants to visit while in town.
Upon arrival I was definitely more dingy than I expected. Meaning some maintenance of repairing floors, and painting was needed.
Upon further review there was lil black hairs in the bed. Think a man’s body hair. Obviously the sheets had not been washed. The carpet also had caked hair in it. Like an animal had been there for several days but carpet hadn’t been vacuumed after.
There were even crumbs in the bar stools. I am currently trying to get my money back because I could not bring myself to stay there. The property itself has not been much help this far.
It was my second time staying here I love the vibe and the apartment feeling comfort away from home it’s has been quiet and felt safe good quiet neighborhood
Room was perfect for our quick trip to Baylor hospital. Convenient and easy to access. Only problems we experienced were with door instructions and lock we had were different. There was a barking done that barked for about 4 hours nonstop until someone came to their door and apparently complained. Dogs were quiet from about 11:30 pm until about 6 am
nothing was clean-everything was broken
I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery.
Wasn’t bad super comfortable huge bed, loved the vanity, decor could’ve been better and leveled, the window was plastic it wasn’t a real bathroom window and the bowler tissue holder was real loose about to fall off and there was
Mosquitoes that kept coming in because of the whole in the window screen and I think the drain but other than that it’s not the worst. It was a ok stay. It’s a little small the room was the biggest area I’ll give them a 6/10 it’s still comfortable they just needed to fix those things.
