Pros:

Situato in citta’ l hotel e’ accogliente e pulito, colazione abbondante a sclelta tra quella continentale e americana.

Cons:

Il cibo del ristorante non era proprio il massimo.

Hôtel correct et pratique
Pros:

Bien situé dans la ville, près du terminal de bus Linkbusl’hôtel est pratique. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Le petit dėjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

L’environnement de l’hôtel est un peu bruyant le soir.

Great value, clean & comfortable room.
Pros:

Great value for money, clean spacious room for 1 person including the most comfortable bed I had during a mo th in Uganda. breakfast was good, dinner options were reasonably priced. Room also has a/c which was an unexpected luxury during my time in Uganda.

Cons:

Shower system in my room was a bit convoluted, couldn't get hot water to work, would have asked staff for help but I shower quite late so my own fault in that sense. An explanation on how the shower works upon check-in would have been nice.

The Perfect Hotel to Stay in in Kasese

Very nice, clean and good value for the money.
Pros:

The place was very nice and the staff very accommodative. Rooms clean, A/C, bathroom with instant hot water. They asked us what we wanted for breakfast and we told them that we would be leaving at 6am in the morning for a safari trip so they packed the breakfast for us to go. They have a choice between an English and an American breakfast which is not much different other than bread instead of pancakes. It was very delicious and a good amount.
Although it is close to a lot of pubs, the rooms seem to be to the inside of the hotel and so we were not bothered with the all-night music and people celebrating.
I felt very safe and had a wonderful night's sleep after a very long day.

Cons:

Since we were asking for a very early breakfast, they couldn't provide us with the coffee that early. although they prepared breakfast that early. So, they brought them the night before. And since we had asked for African Coffee and African Tea, which has milk in them, we couldn't drink them in the morning because we were afraid that the milk would have spoiled.

A great location and restaurant, but the room mismatch and A/C issue were disappointing
Pros:

The restaurant was excellent—the food was amazing, and the staff was very welcoming. The location is right in the city center, so you truly experience Kasese rather than staying outside the city.

Cons:

However, the rooms were completely different from what we saw on Booking, and we had to pay 50% more. Overall, the price was fair, and the stay was good, but this kind of mismatch shouldn't happen—it was an inconvenience for us. Additionally, the A/C did not work.
