Pros:

Odaları geniş. Kahvaltının çeşitleri güzel ve yeterli. Konum olarak old town bölgesine yürüme mesafesinde. Temiz. Sessiz. Çalışanlar yardımcı. Zemin katta kaldığımız için odaya erişim kolay.

Cons:

Geç saatte geldiğimiz için resepsiyonda görevli olmaması odaya erişimimizin biraz zaman almadına yol açtı.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Excellent stay. They contacted me for self check in as I was arriving late at night- this was very easy for me to find the room. The room itself was spacious and clean with functioning air conditioning. The bed is a highlight, the mattress was good quality and very comfortable. The staff packed me a bag of food for my breakfast after I told them I was going on an early morning tour and leaving before breakfast is served. This was very kind of them and meant I had food for my tour. Exceptional facilities and service. Would stay here again.

Sehr zentrale Lage zur Altstadt von Brasov
Pros:

Die Lage war top, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss bis zur Altstadt. Wir haben super geschlafen, dank des sehr bequemen Bettes und der ruhigen Lage. Wir waren im hinteren Haus untergebracht in einem sehr modernen Zimmer. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Parken an der Unterkunft nach Reservierung sehr unkompliziert und mit ca. 10 EUR/Tag auch nicht zu teuer. Der Empfang durch Stefania war sehr herzlich.

Cons:

Das hintere Haus hat keinen Aufzug, sondern nur Treppen und wir waren im 2. Stock. Das war für uns kein Problem, aber wenn man eventuell gehbehindert ist oder den schweren Koffer nicht alleine hoch bekommt, könnte das eine Einschränkung sein. Eventuell vor der Buchung darauf achten.

Great location — about an 8-minute walk to the center of Brașov.
* Quiet and peaceful area, with birds singing in the morning.
* Fresh and modern renovation.
* Stable and fast Wi-Fi.
* Comfortable mattress and overall pleasant room.
* Some staff members were very friendly and attentive.
* Staff speak English.
* We were allowed to leave our luggage for free after check-out.
* Overall, a good option for a short stay.

Cons:

* The hotel does not have an elevator.
* Junior suites are located on the third floor under the roof, which is inconvenient with luggage.
* Some amenities listed in the room description were missing.
* The room did not include:
* slippers,
* bottled drinking water,
* shower cap,
* cotton swabs.
* There is no supermarket nearby, and the hotel does not provide drinking water.
* Bathroom products were limited to hand soap and shower gel.
* There was a kettle in the room, but no cups.
* The fridge was switched off upon arrival and became noisy at night after being turned on.
* Even a simple vase was unavailable in the hotel.
* Service quality depended heavily on the staff shift.
* Housekeeping was inconsistent: towels were replaced in some rooms but not in others.
* Breakfast was disappointing:

* very small breakfast area (only 8 tables),
* buffet was barely replenished near the end of breakfast,
* no milk for cereal during the entire stay,

* Extremely weak water pressure in the shower.
* The wardrobes are too low, so longer clothes wrinkle easily.

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, neu renoviert, gute Lage.

Cons:

Im Verhältnis zur Übernachtung teure Parkplätze (10€), die sehr eng sind und unter Bäumen liegen: am Ende des Aufenthaltes hatte der Mietwagen einen Kratzer im Lack der Seitetür und war darüberhinaus mit reichlich Vogelkot verdreckt.

Sejur de vis la Prinz Gregor, Brașov
Pros:

Locatie foarte aproape de tot ce dorești , camera foarte mare, mobilier nou și modern, priveliște către pădure cu cântece de păsărele, micul dejun occident fără comentarii, căldură în cameră, servicii de curățenie ireproșabile, recomand cu căldură!

Cons:

nimic, și am ceva experiență în Europa!

Great staff friendly and helpful the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so the staff carried our luggage to the second floor

It doesn’t have an elevator and doesn’t feet for elderly or handicapped people. Bring your own umbrella the hotel doesn’t offer any.
