Pros:

Großes, komfortables Appartment. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Ruhige Lage, 30 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt. Außenpool und ein umfangreiches Frühstück.

If I ever visit Siena again, I will choose this hotel again.
Pros:

The swimming pool was great! The apartment was really spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful. A large supermarket (Coop) is within a 10-minute walking distance.

Cons:

Before arriving at the hotel, I didn't realize how much of an uphill walk from the train station it would be to get there. There's a bus stop nearby, but it's a one-way street (downhill) and the bus line is circular, so getting to the hotel by public transport is actually difficult. The only options are walking or taking a taxi.

Zeer ruime kamer, schoon en op loopafstand van de stad (dat wil zeggen circa 5 km en bergop en bergaf, goed voor de conditie)

Really enjoyed our stay, nice clean apartment.
Pros:

The space it was very large & very clean nice quality furniture and the bed linen was top quality cotton. The carpark was a great asset and undercover. Having a TV and sofa with fridge/freezer to keep drinks and food in was a nice relaxing space to come back to after walking, driving and sightseeing.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Needed a hairdryer and a few more accessories in the apartment nowhere to hang coats up.

Pros:

The apartments are modern as described in the pictures and the parking is secure which is a bonus. It is about a 35 minute undulating walk to Siena centre or €12 euro taxi. We were quite disappointed by the restaurant and didn’t think it was worth the price charged, the room also missed a kettle but there were tea bags which seemed strange. Overall a pleasant stay for what we needed to visit the local area and the staff were friendly.

Bon potentiel mais à améliorer
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'établissement dans les hauteurs de la ville, calme, boisé et le parking souterrain. Parfaits et très agréables.
L'espace de l'appartement supérieur choisi. Le grand lit très bien mais mitigé car le matelas n'est pas très épais et offre un couchage très ferme incompatible avec les dos sensibles.

Cons:

Peu d'équipements basiques pour un haut de gamme notamment pas de micro-ondes, pas de machine à café, pas de torchon dans la cuisine. Enfin la mauvaise surprise lors de l'enregistrement de notre arrivée à l'accueil c'est le montant prohibitif de 20 euros par jour exigé pour notre petit chien de 6kg. Cela devrait être spécifié sur votre site car c'est particulièrement exorbitant au regard d'établissements de ce niveau.
Enfin inondation dans notre chambre due à la défaillance du climatiseur qui n'a pu fonctionner au cours du séjour. Aucun geste commercial de compensation.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß aber ungemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt ein wenig Dekoration um sich wohl zu fühlen. Das Bett war total hart und ungemütlich. Der Pool hatte lediglich 6 Liegen was für die Menge an Apartments viel zu wenig ist. Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen

The receptionist and stuff are nice.
However, the fact that a late check-out fee was applied was unfair. It’s strange that the check-out time is 10AM, since the check-in is 15:00PM. Most importantly, I received no notification about having to pay late check-out fee (I checked out at 11:30 btw)

Reasonable but could have been better. Lovely staff
Pros:

We loved the location and the pool

We were a bit disappointed that when we asked to book a table for dinner the restaurant was fully booked. And we felt that €15 per person for the use of the sauna was a little excessive.

There was also no bin (other than in the toilet) in our room and no mirror again other than in the bathroom and the bed was uncomfortable.

The pictures felt a little deceiving.

Must say though the staff went above and beyond and were really helpful. They even let us have a later check out time and were very friendly and polite.

For the area the price was reasonable but always want to give an honest review

Bon logement avec parking
Pros:

Logement spacieux, emplacement géographique très reposant, à environ 2,5 km du centre de Sienne. L'établissement a un grand parking souterrain ; pour se déplacer, le bus passe devant l'établissement. Pour information, l'établissement est tellement grand qu'une zone est dédiée à une maison de retraite, donc il y a des résidents avec les touristes de passage, concept intéressant. Personnellement, ça ne m'a pas dérangé.
