Pros:

Pros:

Customer service was excellent. Any small issue we had was resolved quickly and courteously. Breakfast was nice and brought to our room on time.

The bathroom was small, but the water heater worked fine. The room was spacious. The balconies were not all finished, but the view of the lake was lovely.
