The sauna experience.
The hotel charges an exorbitant fee ffor ironing! So everytime one needs to iron something even as small as a hankie they have to pay so much! We couldn't understand why a hotel that big couldn't put flat irons in the rooms.
And when we said something about it, the girl at reception was so rude that she even rolled her eyes at us. The girls are checkin/out were rude, slow, looked bored and just unmotivated. A lot of training needed for the staff. It's a big hotel, maybe 3 star for the region it's in but the staff at reception are -2 star rated.
Great breakfast
My room was extremely noisy to say the least! I could hear everything happening outside—doors constantly slamming because they didn’t shut properly, and children crying and shouting as early as 7:00 a.m. The noise didn’t die down until around 3:00 a.m the previous night! Then when I called reception about my window on ground floor that couldn’t shut well for the night, they took a very long time to respond! Regarding the early morning noise I requested to change rooms since I wanted to stay another night but couldn’t stay in the noisy room, reception wasn’t helpful. I ended up cancelling my planned extension due to this.Some receptionists are rude/unprofessional though some great for example when I complained about the noise at checkout, only one of them, like out of four people present apologised for the inconvenience, rest weren’t bothered! I won’t be visiting the hotel anytime!
Welcoming staff, quiet environment, Nice accommodation, good breakfast, green environment, sauna and nice shower rooms. Quiet nights, Band entertaining guests on Thursday , small shutles for people moving within the hotel is good and eases on people's movements especiall those with heavy luggage.

The beds! The mattresses were so hard!!
A/C didnt work and room was hot at night with lots of mosquitoes. No water pressure in shower - literally a trickle. At breakfast my omelette had eggshell in. They took 30mins to arrange my bill and check out even though I prepaid for the room and only stayed 1 night. They took another 30mins to iron 1 shirt and charged me 3000 ugx for it.

Did not like much about this hotel.
The service was very poor in the restuarant. We did not get the food we ordered. The kitchen was too far from the restuarant.
The drinks we ordred had to be brought from another part of the hotel and took too long. We also did not get the right drinks.
There was no choice for diet drinks. A very poor choice when there are a lot of diabetic people in the world.
There was not enough room in the bathroom to put toiletries.
