Pros:

The atmosphere was not very service oriented. In front of our room door were dirty dishes on the floor before we arrived, which stayed there more than three days! The swimming pool was OK but was not included. The room was clean and OK except that there was no mosquito net, but only fly screens at the windows. In the night it was loud because of the nearby highway. After a shower the parking area became very muddy.

Pros:

Room was simple, but it worked okay. AC was very good. Bed mattress is like a stiff board; very uncomfortable. Pillow was okay. Only 1 towel for 2 people. No explanation on phone (number for reception, restaurant).
Staff were friendly. Food was very average.
Overall, okay but too expensive for what we got.

Pros:

Zimmer ok, Matratze wie ein Brett, keine Auswahl beim Frühstück, Personal dort unmotiviert, Pool dreckig sowie kaputte Einstiegsleiter.
Lediglich die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich, hilfsbereit und motiviert.

Pros:

The hotel was reasonable for Luwero, Reception appeared tired and not too friendly. Restaurant staff was more friendly and food was good although some items was consistently not available. Room was ok but noisy from outside. No card machine for payment made checkout frustrating.
