Outside and the view of the city
Terrible internet, complained all through my stay . Never clean the sheets . Best to eat outside.
Just feel robbed
Fabulous Boutique Hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout. Amazing staff. Excellent food. A big thank you to Jacky, Catherine, and Agnes.
There is nothing to dislike. My only comment would be: as a solo traveller I found it a very lonely place to be. I was the only guest there at the time. It is also a 20 minute Boda Boda ride to downtown Kampala.
This hotel is a fabulous place for couples who want a tranquil location in a beautiful setting (the garden is fabulous).
Excelente todo
El personal muy amable
Quite
The service is very good. The staff are very caring to the clients needs. Shout out to Jackie, she handled us so well. The environment is very serene, yet it’s near town. Their food was very amazing too. I will surely book again with Pangolin nest hotel.
Nothing at the moment.
The breakfast and staff were excellent. Serene, beautiful place and very clean. The hold experience makes you feel like you at home, except you have an entire staff serving you.
The beds can be much more comfortable. I would rate it as excellent if the beds were more comfortable.
Only one staff was friendly and helpful, her name is jacky
WiFi and service is very poor
The breakfast is good
Will tell you later
I liked the green in the compound and the organic food for breakfast
Rooms are s bit small and stairs might make it difficult fir larger baggage to be dragged into the room
The staff were really friendly and accommodated my requests. Food portions were large and they served it Ugandan-style, which is rare in comparable hotels. Amazing views, especially as it was Diwali when I stayed there.
Phone network is not so good.
Breakfast was healthy and affordable clean and beautifully presented.Chef was so hospitable.Room are beautiful and clean the hot water is everything for me so yeah 👍
Loved everything except the fact that they donot have tooth paste and a small comb. These are basic necessities. That must be in the room.Atleast.Overall experience very satisfied hospitable staff from the receptionist to the gateman .
The hotel is excellent and the images are an accurate representation. The breakfast and meals in general are always superb. The only downside is the location as it is a little bit off road but the road is mostly accessible.
Just the location, as I was having a challenge with Uber initially. This could, however, be because one of the access roads was closed for repairs and Google Maps had not picked it up. Otherwise, the road is accessible.
Staff is friendly, generous and very welcoming
Property is refreshing, clean with a neat breeze
View is magical day and night
Should be more muslim friendly,
As in qibla direction, salah prayer mat , and HALA food
