Pros:

I arrived at 4am to be given a room with no hot water. I even paid extra for that early check-in
only to be disappointed. I asked several times to be moved to another room and they refused. There was no hot water for 24hrs in my room. It was the most appalling experience as I had a tour at 9am that same day I arrived.The hotel is located in a part of town where you can people preaching in the middle of the night. If you're a light sleeper, its not worth it.
