Clean, up to date decor and good restaurants
The receptionists when I checked in was not very welcoming in fact grumpy.
It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were very kind.

The food in main restaurant is quite poor in terms of quality, hygiene… on my last day I got serious food poisoning and all week the food was mediocre ( except for breakfast). The Chief is not cooking well. The restaurant and specifically the quality and keeping of food needs to be improved a lot.
my room rate was too high. I paid too much. They changed the rate and the price was much lower in the app a few days before arrival. Very shady.

We had a wonderful experience at four points on our get together with friends.. which was made easy with food and seating recommendations frome Bone on the ground restaurant who encouraged us to use the roof top restaurant.. the idea was great.. and thanks to fahim who was also friendly..

It was such an amazing experience to dine at four points in kololo, the food was nice and Patricia attended to us she was really nice and friendly, her services were great. And as football lovers we were also sorted out, watching our favorite club playing at the restaurant wow that was thoughtful of kololo bar.

The hotel services are nice, clean space, hospitable staff. I was served by Victoria at first entry in the restaurent, provided me with an amazing orientation and quick delivery of the meals. Very professional. All staff in general.
