We had a wonderful experience at four points on our get together with friends.. which was made easy with food and seating recommendations frome Bone on the ground restaurant who encouraged us to use the roof top restaurant.. the idea was great.. and thanks to fahim who was also friendly..

It was such an amazing experience to dine at four points in kololo, the food was nice and Patricia attended to us she was really nice and friendly, her services were great. And as football lovers we were also sorted out, watching our favorite club playing at the restaurant wow that was thoughtful of kololo bar.

The hotel services are nice, clean space, hospitable staff. I was served by Victoria at first entry in the restaurent, provided me with an amazing orientation and quick delivery of the meals. Very professional. All staff in general.

What made our experience especially memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. Primrose, Prodipta, Nora, Victoria, Samson and Yvette each went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued and well looked after. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made a lasting impression on us. Every interaction was handled with care and efficiency, and they consistently delivered service with a smile.

Good breakfast, strong shower pressure, clean rooms and bathrooms, and a gym I enjoy. Great stay overall.
As a small suggestion, it would be nice if bathrobes were available.
