Pros:

Good breakfast, strong shower pressure, clean rooms and bathrooms, and a gym I enjoy. Great stay overall.

Cons:

As a small suggestion, it would be nice if bathrobes were available.

Pros:

New years at Four Points was a great place to be for the fireworks. We had awesome drinks from the Barista Matia , we truly do applaud his hard and dedicated work to get his good drinks. Although we were a little underpleased with the food served only because it was unexpected from Four Points as we expected a barbecue and got averagely home made food.
Thank you for hosting us again !

Excellent stay
Pros:

The property was perfect. Sound proof rooms, very clean, the staff were so friendly and nice. The hotel is in the middle of the city with a great view of Kampala. Secure parking as well. Everything was amazing.

The trip was too short
Pros:

Superbly run hotel
The staff are all friendly and obviously highly trained. Genuine friendliness
The hotel is not pretentious yes decor and furnishings are top standard.
The breakfast is one of the best spreads I've encountered during my travels.
24 hr gym and proximity to good walking routes in the morning
