Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was so beautiful and comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and modern Greek interior. Very local and close to everything.
The owner is such kind and helpful man !!
Highly recommend this place, truly amazing place and we all loved it !!

Felt like staying at a friend’s place.
Pros:

This apartment was the perfect base for exploring Ermoupoli. It’s in a quiet, central location just minutes from the port, cafes, and main attractions. The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Dimitris was an exceptional host — friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Beauty place with charm and helpful staff
Pros:

The location was great, extremely clean, very beautiful, it’s designed very nicely with great taste. Equipped with really nice and high quality applicants. Beautiful and comfortable balcony.
Dimitris was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Cons:

The stairs going up are very narrow and tight, we were fine with it but it might be harder for some people. The room is also a bit small but we’re fine with that too since the balcony was comfortable.

Super cute apartment
Pros:

Everything is great. The apartment has so many beautiful decorative details, and the space is very well used. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect.

Cons:

The apartment is beautiful, although I would have liked the door between the rooms to be real and not just wooden slats.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

The room was new, modern, very clean and had a great window views!
Location was perfect, right in the middle of Ermoupolis, closed to all amenities, bars and restaurants.
It was quite and had a very cute balcony!
Demetris (the host) was very kind, he was expecting us although we arrived late in the night, very helpful and communication was excellent!

Great location but too small for three
Pros:

Charming and helpful host. Excellent communication via WhatsApp.
Very comfortable bed and pillows. High quality fittings and gadgetry. Code-locked front door was convenient for each of us to come and go separately. Aircon worked fine. Water pressure was good.
Superb location within a few steps from the port.

Cons:

Too tiny for three people. Barely enough room to open our suitcases, let alone swing a cat.
The kitchen and the bathroom are tiny. People of size beware!
There is no table to set up a lap top. I had to improvise by using a ledge in the closet, bringing in a chair from the balcony.

Absolutely Exceptional... A Hidden Gem on Syros
Pros:

We spent a long time researching places to stay on Syros and stumbled upon this hotel. There weren’t many reviews yet, so we weren’t sure what to expect but we took a chance, and we’re so glad we did. It turned out to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at in many years of traveling.

The location is perfect... just minutes from the port, the main strip, and Miaouli Square, making everything easy to access. When we arrived, the host, Dimitris, greeted us warmly and showed us around. Everything felt brand new, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into every detail of the space.

Each unit is like a private, self-contained apartment, and the comfort level was incredible. The bed was great, the ceilings were high, and we had amazing views of both the sea and the mountains. The private balcony was peaceful and cozy, an ideal place to relax.

Normally, we don’t spend much time in our hotel while traveling, but this place was so special we found ourselves enjoying it for hours each day. It truly became a central part of our trip.

We couldn’t recommend it more. It’s unique, beautifully designed, and still under the radar. We feel lucky we got to stay here and we’re pretty sure it won’t be long before it books out months in advance.

Conveniently located, easy and comfortable.
Pros:

The location is perfect - close to ferry, bus, shops, town, everything is within easy walking distance. Be prepared for steps though. It was very clean and our host very accomodating.

Cons:

We were disappointed we had no balcony or view. We had the bottom apartment, so be aware that there is no outside area for that one.
