Pros:

Good amount of space and bed was good. Easy to access from the street

Cons:

Very little soundproofing and thats before the night started. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs of the main building from inside the room. It was new year and obviously a party everywhere so lots of noice.
Fridge was very noisy.

Pros:

Fajn lokalita, pár minut chůze na metro, v okolí mnoho restaurací a obchodu.
Bydlela jsem ve 2 lůžkovém pokoji s palandou ve 3p. Místnost je opravdu malinka, ale obsahuje vše, co je k přespání na jednu noc potřeba. Postel, soukroma sprcha i toaleta, dokonce i malá lednice a prostorný balkon.
Z okolních restaurací se nesl cely večer hluk, okna naštěstí dobře těsní a jsou k dispozici i špunty do uší.
Jednoduchý check-in a vstup do ubytování.

Pros:

We started in Thiseio for a couple days, and that was more than fine, but wanted to be in the heart of life on our last days so picked Psyri. This place got lesser ratings for space. Here's the deal. Double pane windows kept all the noise out. Problem solved. We (me and wife) had queen bed, private bath/shower, air conditioner that worked...what else else do you want? True, no desk for work space but we didn't need that. We could both open our luggage to access it. You're right where the action is and can get to metro. Beertime is a gem. Under $400 for 3 nights in early October.

Pros:

Τα μόνα θετικά ήταν στο δωμάτιο στον 4ο όροφο(χωρίς ασανσέρ)η θέα του Παρθενώνα. Μέσα στο κέντρο(Ψυρρή).Και πολύ κοντά η στάση του μετρό περίπου 3-4 λεπτά περπάτημα. Για μένα αυτά δεν ήταν τίποτα.

Cons:

Η εμπειρία μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν δυστυχώς τραγική, με σοβαρά ζητήματα καθαριότητας, υποδομών και υγιεινής.
Παρόλο που το check-in ήταν στις 15:00, το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν έτοιμο. Αναγκαστήκαμε να περιμένουμε στο κρύο μέχρι τις 15:30, ενώ όταν μπήκαμε, το πάτωμα ήταν ακόμα μούσκεμα.Γλιστρούσαμε.Η καθαρίστρια αποχώρησε χωρίς καν να μας ενημερώσει, αφήνοντας έναν χώρο γεμάτο υγρασία που δεν στέγνωνε.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά μικρό και το μπάνιο(ήταν περίπου 1m x 0.60m),ο νιπτήρας βρισκόταν εκτός μπάνιου, δεν υπήρχε σημείο για τα μπουφάν μας(ούτε κρεμάστρες)και υπήρχε μόνο μία πρίζα σε όλο το δωμάτιο.
Το πιο σοκαριστικό ήταν η εμφάνιση τεσσάρων κατσαρίδων(η μία περπατούσε στην οδοντόβουρτσά μου)εντός του δωματίου.Επιπλέον, λόγω της έντονης μούχλας και υγρασίας στο ταβάνι(όπου η ταπετσαρία είχε αποκολληθεί),εντοπίσαμε μέχρι και γυμνοσάλιαγκα.
Μετά το παράπονό μας, μας μετέφεραν σε ένα "loft" στο ισόγειο(πρώην κατάστημα),το οποίο ήταν σε ακόμη χειρότερη κατάσταση.Μύριζε έντονα κλεισούρα,είχε λιμνάζοντα νερά στις γωνίες και μηδενικό αερισμό.Η κατάσταση ήταν αποπνικτική.Στο κάτω κρεβάτι επικρατούσε ψύχος,ενώ στο πάνω μέρος η ζέστη από το κλιματιστικό σε συνδυασμό με την υγρασία έκανε την αναπνοή αδύνατη.
Μετά την κλήση μας στην εξυπηρέτηση της Booking το κατάλυμα παραδέχτηκε έμμεσα το πρόβλημα προσφέροντας "καλύτερο" δωμάτιο,γεγονός που αποδεικνύει ότι γνώριζαν την ακαταλληλότητα των πρώτων χώρων αλλά επέλεξαν να μας τους νοικιάσουν.Παρά το φωτογραφικό υλικό που καταθέσαμε,το κατάλυμα αρνήθηκε να αναλάβει την ευθύνη του,με αποτέλεσμα η Booking να δώσει μια συμβολική και προσβλητική αποζημίωση μόλις στα 16€.Δουλεύω στον τουρισμό και χρησιμοποιώ το booking απο το 2018 και πρώτη φορά συναντώ τέτοιο κατάλυμα.Μακριά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.Η ταλαιπωρία που υποστήκαμε ήταν τεράστια και η άρνηση του ιδιοκτήτη να μας αποζημιώσει για τις άθλιες συνθήκες(κατσαρίδες, μούχλα, υγρασία)δείχνει πλήρη έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού.
