Overcharged us for our 1 night by almost $20 compared to the price I booked for on booking.com without an explainaiton as to why.
Its a big ashtray, very difficult to breath at night. They donthave mon smoking rooms. Don't get breakfast if you don't want to eat with cockroaches.
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, there were several issues that made the experience unpleasant. The most alarming was finding cockroaches in the breakfast area, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
The hotel also had a strong smell of smoke. At night, the smoke smell became overwhelming, making it difficult to breathe and get a good night's sleep. It felt like the ventilation system wasn’t working properly, and there was no effort to address the issue. Fireworks are extremely annoying too.
Additionally, basic requests were ignored. I asked for an ironing board and for the stained floors in my room to be cleaned, but neither was provided. The staff seemed indifferent to these simple needs, which only added to the frustration.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor air quality, and unresponsive service made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room not comfortable with no sofa or easy chair.
IT’s location near the Vietnamese/ Cambodian border. I used it as a overnight stay while waiting for a new Vietnamese visa.
Coffee with the breakfast was shit but they always are everywhere

Wifi extremely sluggish, cash only payment for room, unable to find agreeable solution to storage location for bicycle.
It’s close to the border so great if you’re doing a visa run from Vietnam and want somewhere to stay overnight. It’s a beautiful hotel, the room was big and the hotel is quiet. Great value for money.
They only accept payment in cash, which I luckily had because I wasn’t aware of that before I got there.

There’s nothing to do here if you don’t want a casino. We were stuck here waiting for visas and literally spent the whole time in the room. Town is run down and nothing around. No pool no gym no outdoor seating.
