Beautiful boutique hotel on Koh Sdach
Pros:

We loved everything about the hotel, the hotel is beautiful.
It was our 40th wedding anniversary whilst we were staying and the staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable.
The General Manager Makara welcomed us personally and took us to the room, which was decorated with flowers and a fresh fruit basket left.
We stayed in the villas over the sea and they were fabulous, large, comfortable and clean.
We loved the little plunge pool at the back of the bungalow and enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the fish in the sea.
The breakfast was delicious, with a varied buffet of Asian and Western food, with fresh eggs cooked to order.
The hotel clearly employs an excellent chef as the food was delicious, we ate mainly Asian food and it was delicious.
We were at the restaurant one lunchtime when a fisherman moored next to the hotel and Makara, the General Manager explained to us that the chef was buying fresh fish for dinner that evening.
So that evening we tried the fish for dinner, it was delicious.
We occasionally ate the European food and that too was of an exceptionally high standard, particularly the pizza.
Unlimited fresh water offered daily, a real bonus in the heat.
The pool area was excellent, with numerous sun loungers, parasols and nets over the sea, with cushions to lounge on.
There is a private beach area with sun loungers and parasols with free use of kayaks and you can visit the sister hotel on another beach free of charge.
There are also free bicycles for use around the resort.
The staff were all very helpful and attentive, in particular Messrs Chau, Srouy and Phos on reception and Yon Champey, the lovely waitress in the dining area, who always greeted us with a smile and efficiency.
The hotel and staff certainly justify a 10 on Booking.com, if there was any issues, not that there were any serious issues, they were dealt with immediately.

If you’re looking to rest & relax please do not hesitate.
Pros:

Loved the accommodations! Loved mostly all the staff very helpful via WhatsApp. A beautiful secluded anniversary stay on Koh Sdach. Perfect to relax and unwind.

Cons:

No happy hour or events for such a secluded island with not much to do, they should have more stuff geared to all the beach they have. The happy hour was very confusing as the bar staff at beach didn’t know what the % or what to calculate and not good drinks. Need great bartenders for such a beautiful resort. Food was very good! Also check in staff was not that pleasant and didn’t tell us anything about the property not sure if it was because they were busy with a big group event. Breakfast staff was amazing and very awesome with hospitality!!!

A beautiful resort with the friendliest staff in a wonderful location.
Pros:

The overwater bungalow was very spacious, had all facilities, including a heated toilet seat, a large bath and was overall superb. The private pool, balcony, loungers and access to the bathwater warm sea were fabulous. It was luxurious. The beach was kept very clean and had gorgeous white and soft sand with plenty of loungers. It was amazing to see the fish through the glass floor in the restaurant whilst eating the sumptuous breakfast and delicious meals. The swimming pool was fabulous too.

The staff were all excellent with the best customer service I have experienced in Asia. They could not do enough for me and greeted me by name every morning even though the hotel was full for Chinese New Year which the staff also invited me to join in their celebration.

La plage est très très biien équipée...et entretenue
mais le caractère un peu vaseux, après quelques metres de sable, de la zone de baignade n'est pas très agréable !
... dommage qu'au breakfast les jus de fruits proposés ne soient pas pressés... mais à base de concentré du commerce.

The beach and the view. The island is basically in front of the mainland so there's no feeling of an open sea. Also trash on the beach :(

Desayuno y restaurante, staff, tranquilidad. Playa y mar limpios

Cons:

La isla es muy pequeña así que con una estancia de más que una semana te acaban todas las opciones. No pasa nada si tienes libros y una cuenta de Netflix que era nuestro caso. Descancsa!
