The room was good size. Near all amenities
Breakfast could be more verity and hotter and also portion size could be a bit more.
The hotel was very inviting and modern. It has a wonderful ambiance, relaxing atmosphere.
I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a window in the room that we could look out of.
I was disappointed that items on the breakfast menu were not available, i.e., hashbrowns; and porridge one day as there were additional people staying that day.
Also, having to remind the server for juice and fruit although they were ordered.
The squeaky door leading into the kitchen could use some oil.
On day two, we did put the do not disturb" sign "on the door, removed by 10.30 a.m. but the room was not made up on our return of 5.15pm. The maid came at approx 6.00, which was far too late.

Excellent location.
The hotel served the purpose of what we needed, which was a place to stay on our drive through Jamaica. It is in a busy area of town and pretty noisy at night. Limited food options nearby.
I like the staff their were friendly and easy going
I liked most things about the property, the room was nice, however I booked a junior suite to accommodate 4 adults but it would have been more comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children because the space was a bit cramped. The food was quite good and the staff was quite friendly and professional. the hotel gave a nice comfortable feel overall. I think a game room with a pool table and a dart board etc, a TV etc would enhance the experience in my opinion. The pool is nice but it is untiled and the pool area needs more shade from the sun. Overall I was pleased with the experience and I would definately stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Sago Palm Hotel in Jamaica and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the security and front desk staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout my stay. Their warm attitude made check-in and general interactions pleasant.
However, there are some areas that could use improvement. The dining options are very limited, so if you’re looking for variety, you may need to plan to eat elsewhere. There was also a noticeable odor in certain areas, which affected the overall comfort.
One major concern was the $200 deposit policy. I was told it would be held and then released, but instead, it was charged to my card. I had to follow up with the hotel afterward to have it resolved, which was inconvenient and disappointing.
Overall, while the staff’s friendliness is a plus, the lack of dining options, lingering odor, and deposit handling issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
We loved the receptionist Rihan, lovely lady and sole of the staff for the breakfast were lovely. The breakfast was great! The room was very tidy
The pool needed more maintenance, not clean enough in our opinion. The manager was not very nice, very dismissive when we were faced with issues with the room, we are still awaiting compensation for the leaky air conditioning that ruined our luggage. We have left the property and sent an email to HR and still no one has emailed us back. We left the hotel almost a week ago now
The service and the food are very good, and the location is also great, and the place is nice and clean.
The bathroom is very beautiful, but the shower in room 310 needs to be fixed because I was standing in my bath water and I of to use my feet to sweep it away each time I take a shower.
Nice clean hotel on the main strip. Breakfast was delicious. The price was a bit high for the week but it was during the emancipation holiday.
