Pros:

Coming from Finland to this place and hotel was super experience. Big thank you for excellent customer service and offering also help If that was needed. Very Honest and good energy from staff. Room, view, sound proof, swimming Area - all top notch.

If don’t like privacy from the restroom/shower, this hotel is for you. Otherwise it is very.

Great location, clean and very friendly staff.

Cons:

The bathroom has a visible glass shower and there is no privacy from the bedroom. This is a very awkward design choice. The loft suite family room is the best family room I have ever stayed at with plenty of privacy and comfort, but the double room was a bit awkward with the glass shower. Make sure you get what you ask for.

Très deçu
Cons:

Séjour très décevant dans un hôtel annoncé comme étant un établissement 4 étoiles.

Plusieurs équipements essentiels ne fonctionnaient pas : le sèche-cheveux était hors service, tout comme la climatisation. De plus, l’hôtel est présenté comme un hôtel avec spa, mais le spa était indisponible pendant notre séjour, sans information préalable.

Compte tenu de ces nombreux problèmes et du niveau de prestation attendu dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous avons demandé l’annulation des nuits restantes. Cette demande a été refusée et seule une remise de 10 % nous a été proposée, ce qui nous paraît largement insuffisant au regard des désagréments subis.

Nous avons également constaté de fortes odeurs d’égout dans la douche ainsi qu’une fuite au niveau des toilettes, rendant le séjour particulièrement inconfortable.

Enfin, à notre grande surprise, l’hôtel nous a réclamé 100 € de dédommagement pour cette fuite alors qu’elle n’a pas été causée par nous. Lorsque nous avons contesté cette accusation, le personnel nous a accusés de mentir, ce qui est inacceptable et totalement contraire au professionnalisme attendu d’un établissement 4 étoiles.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par la qualité des installations, la gestion des problèmes signalés et l’attitude du personnel. Cette expérience ne correspond absolument pas au standing annoncé d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Beautiful boutique hotel on a beautiful promenade!
Pros:

Loved the location!!! Beautiful view! Away from the activity of the town, but close enough to get there!!

Cons:

Thought there was an actual beach front, but there was just stairs to the sea. However, I loved the pool nearby that was NOT part of the Belvedere and took advantage of that.

A wonderful seaside stay with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and stunning views—we would happily return.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the promenade. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help.

Cons:

Nothing significant to mention. Our stay was very enjoyable. If anything, a slightly wider breakfast selection on some days would make the experience even better.
