Pros:

Pretty new hotel. Has amazing restaurant and staff is very helpful.

Cons:

Need to pay extra for parking. Room was dirty, you can find hair everywhere, bathroom also not clean. The beach free of charge is far away and very packed.

Tolles modernes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Balkonzimmer mit Blick auf’s Meer. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und nett.
Das Frühstück konnte man individuell wählen und im Restaurant am Meer einnehmen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer liegt an einer stark frequentierten Promenade. Wer früh zu Bett geht, darf nicht empfindlich sein.
Das Parkhaus liegt etwas entfernt in einem anderen Hotel und muss mit 15€ extra bezahlt werden.
Der Strand vor dem Hotel gehört nicht direkt zum Hotel. Einige hundert Meter weiter hat sich das Hotel eingemietet, dort bekommt man kostenlos einen Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegen. Gastronomie ist auch vorhanden.
Leider war das Restaurant im Hotel noch nicht in Betrieb.

Прекрасный комфортный отдых, созданный руками неравнодушных людей.
Pros:

Маленький уютный бутик-отель в Рафаиловичах на первой линии. В номере есть все необходимое. Полотенца меняются ежедневно, завтрак подается по выбору из нескольких позиций - выбор небольшой, но все только что приготовленное и свежее. Отличный кофе! Партнерский пляж с зонтиками и лежаками в шаговой доступности. Пляжные полотенца предоставляются отелем. Прекрасный, отзывчивый менеджмент и сотрудники отеля, всегда готовые помочь. Была необходимость задержаться в день отъезда - предоставили такую возможность. С благодарностью за созданный комфорт, от души рекомендуем. С удовольствием бы остановились здесь еще раз.

Cons:

Сотрудники клининга не моют посуду - чашки и бокалы мыли сами. Бутилированная вода в номерах не предусмотрена, но рядом есть супермаркет!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel an einem angenehmen Strandabschnitt am Rande von Budva
Pros:

Sehr gastfreundliches, familiäres Hotel direkt am Strand, ausgezeichnetes Service durch Aleksandar, Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv das liebevoll zubereitete und servierte Frühstück. Lage etwas außerhalb von Budva, Altstadt aber gut mit Bus oder Taxi erreichbar.

Cons:

uns fällt beim besten Willen nichts ein!

Das Hotel ist neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Personal zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer kann noch verbessert werden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Das Hotelpersonal versuchte sofort, den Fehler zu beheben. Im Bad war kein Haartrockner.

Wonderful new hotel with great facilities, a beautiful breakfast, and a very caring team.

A special thank you to Aleksandar, who really goes above and beyond for guests and makes sure everything is taken care of.

The location is also fantastic — peaceful and away from the noise of Budva, with the sea just a short walk away.

Everyone working here was genuinely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend — I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

Great hotel, breakfast not so much
Pros:

New and stylish. Spacious and modern.

Cons:

Claiming ‘technical problems’, our breakfast took 50 minutes to be served and some of the items were missing. The manager was very nice and even cleared us from parking fee because of this, but clearly the rest of the staff needs to improve.
