Cons:

Brak obsługi zwłaszcza było to utrudnienie kiedy okazało się że kod dostępu do pokoju podany w mailu bym niezgodny. W przypadku osoby bez znajomości języka angielskiego lub islandzkiego była by to mega stresujaca sytuacja.

Nice hotel, but be aware that there is no reception staff
Pros:

There is no reception staff, you receive a code for the room door After booking. Just be aware of that. But other than that, its a nice hotel at everything worked well.

The shower was excellent. Room size was huge compared to the usual.

Cons:

Had a little trouble with the keypads for pin entry access, but once I figured out how they work (lighting up the keypad, listening for the chime on each key-in) everything went smoothly. Finding the basement room was SUPER confusing. Literally had to go through outdoor parking lot in the back of the building, wayfinding signage was not clear.

Pros:

Das Zimmer, welches wir letztlich bekamen, war schön mit bequemem Bett und hübschen Bad. Allerdings wurden uns bei Zusendung der Zugangsdaten für Hotel und Zimmer der Zugangscode für ein bewohntes Zimmer mitgeteilt, welches wir natürlich kurz betreten haben und jede Möglichkeit hätten, hier etwas zu entwenden. Dies habe ich telefonisch reklamiert. Das 2. Zimmer war dann zunächst mit dem gleichen Code (!!) noch nicht gereinigt. Das 3. Zimmer war schön. Aber dies ist ein solches Sicherheitsrisiko, das ich nicht noch einmal erleben möchte. Sowas darf nicht passieren!!!!
