Pros:

Très récent et en très bon état.
Bonne climatisation.
Bonne literie.
Au calme en ce début de saison.
Parking privé.

Cons:

Le fond de cuisine est à compléter (casseroles, ...).
Pas de machine à laver.
Ventilation de la salle d'eau à réparer (chambre N°13).
Centre ville à 15mn à pied.

Perfect place for a winter trip
Pros:

The building and everything in the room was new. The heating under the floor was just perfect and there was no need for turning on the air/con. It was organized so well with shelves in the hall, the room and the kitchen.

Cons:

A microwave and a toast machine to be added in the kitchen.

Great stay in a modern apartment, only a short walk into Kolasin. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The rooms were newly refurbished, clean and comfortable. It was a great location to either walk into Kolasin or drive to both Kolasin 1450 and 1600 ski resorts. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and were quick to respond to any queries and requests. There was free parking available outside of the apartments.

Cons:

There were certain items missing in the kitchen such as a kettle, but this was sorted as soon as we requested and a kettle provided. There is not cooker, just a hob, so bear this in mind if you are buying food for the stay - but this is not at all a criticism, just a word of advise.
