Pros:

Lokacija u blizini dućana i restorana,autom ste brzo svugdje.
Ima parking u garaži,ali se naplaćuje.

Cons:

Sadržaj sobe koji je naveden na bookingu nije točan.
Soba je manja od navedenog.
Soba ne sadrži hladnjak,ormar ili išta slično za stavit robu,nema kafe aparata,nemate niti jednu čašu za popit vodu,nema daljinski za Tve,daska od školjke je strgana,nema koša za smeće,internet je jako loš i slab, zvučna izolacija ne postoji.
U sobi pored kreveta i na krevetu možete vidjeti mrave, to smo već pročitali u prethodnim recenzijama. Vlasniku su poslane slike,međutim bili smo izignorirani što je jako neprofesionalno.
Kada smo išli sve smo rekli i dobili smo:”izvini, trebali ste tražit hladnjak”. Da mi je znat samo di bi nagurali taj hladnjak kad nisi mogo uć u sobu koliko je mala!

Zanimljivo je da u javnom odgovoru imate hrabrosti napisati da smo " prvi put rezervirali smještaj" , da smo " neiskusni " i da smo " platili najjeftinije" , a kad smo vam to isto rekli uživo - bili ste manji od makovog zrna. Sve smo prijavili odmah na licu mjesta, ali ste nas ignorirali - isto kao što sam navela u orginalnoj recenziji ( imam i poruke kao dokaz).

Tvrdite da je sve bilo kao na slici, a ja imam sačuvan opis sobe s Booking-a gdje se jasno vidi da sadržaji koje navodite nisu postojali u sobi koju smo dobili. Umjesto da provjerite, ponudite rješenje ili se ispričate, odlučili ste vrijeđati i svaljivati krivnju na cijenu koju smo platili. Cijena ne daje pravo na netočan oglas niti omalovažavanje gosta.

A što se tiče čistoće - mravi u sobi, po podu i na krevetu ne zaslužuju veću ocjenu od ove koju smo ostavili. Profesionalan pristup bi bio reagirati kad smo vam to rekli uživo, a ne naknadno preko poruka pokazivati " hrabrost ".
Ovakav odgovor više govori o vašem odnosu prema gostima nego moja ocjena.

Ok but could really do better with little effort.
Pros:

Our deluxe queen room was spacious and modern. The staff was helpful and attentive during our stay. The hotel is within a 30 min walk from the city centre. We had a quiet stay and the balcony was amazing.

Cons:

There were a number of issues that reduced the quality of our stay. 1) the building itself needs a serious clean: the carpet on the hotel floor is extremely dirty, and the partially working lights don't give a good first impression.
2) whilst there is a a kitchen in the room, it's not really useable. There's not even a knife and a fork!
3) the wifi doesn't work at all.

Lovely view, 30 min walk to Budva
Pros:

View, balcony area, big windows, air conditioning, parking (once we knew where to go), big supermarket and local restaurant both close by. Bathroom was okay and hot water was perfect.

Cons:

The apartments were not easy to find as it there was no sign, garage not easy to locate, other residents were noisy- we were next to the lift, and the carpet wasn’t clean.

Super malgré le manque de connexion internet
Pros:

L’emplacement était bien, proche du centre, il était facile de s’y rendre à pieds.
Le logement était propre et calme.

Cons:

Aucune connexion internet alors que c’était spécifié qu’il y en avait une. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller sans internet et c’était vraiment dérangeant.

That there was no WIFI. Absolutely unbelievable in this day and age. It affected my holiday terribly. It would never cross my mind that there would not be WIFI anymore. It's just a given. I couldn't believe it
