Perfect comfy vacation (also for baby travellers)
Pros:

Amazing experience 10/10 since this was our first trip with our 6month old baby. Hotel staff kindly provided us baby cot, allowed us earlier check in, gave us a bit quiter room and went above and beyond to make us feel really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, we loved having fried eggs & latte (both always freshly prepared). Food selection varied over 4 days and our baby got to try different fruits :) we enjoyed their indoor pool and cocktails in a restaurant. Location was great: close to promenade and restaurants (or order wolt to hotel) but still quiet at night. Hotel was very clean, what we especially appreciated travelling with a baby.

Cons:

We loved everything, only one suggestion: the air temperature in the indoor area was a bit too hot for us personally. Making it 3 degrees colder would be perfect! But I get it this is probably very subjective thing.

Good enough
Pros:

Sobe u hotelu su super! Velike prostrane uredne i čiste sobe i što je najvažnije s udobnim krevetom.

Cons:

Pozicija hotela je bila super u smislu blizine centru itd ali ulica u kojoj se nalazio hotel nije ulica u kojoj bi se trebao nalazit hotel, nije u lijepom okruženju svakako. Osoblje nije baš pretjerano pristupačno i posvećeno, na primjer naručile smo transfer od hotela s aerodroma (koji je duplo skuplji u odnosu na taxi naravmo)ali nitko nas nije dočekao na aerodromu i onda smo imale potragu od 15 minuta za vozačem.. o čemu smo informirale i hotel jer to nije usluga transera ako bi brze i lakse dosle da smo na taksi isle i ona je rekla samo da ce proslijediti zalbu nekome iz taksija ali mi nismo narucile taksi od taksi sluzbe nego od hotela i to je njihova odgovornost.. u svakom slucaju hotel je ok nista nije lose ali nista nije ni posebno super ili odlično.

Comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.
Pros:

Excellent location - bus stop , shops , shopping places and restaurants were close by .
Beautiful hotel building , Spacious room with all the facilities, Bathroom was very clean and modern.
Staff were very professional , kind and helpful especially Maria Gracia at the reception - she was brilliant and guided us very well throughout our stay .
Breakfast was superb with lots of options.

Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with lots of positives to highlight.
We had a great greeting from Maria who we have to praise for her excellent customer service & her ongoing recognition of us each time we saw her on her reception.
The hotel is new & very modern. It’s been done to a high standard, with lovely decor and immaculately clean.
Our room was huge and extremely comfortable. We had a twin and both beds were king size. All the facilities you would expect were there from a beautiful powerful shower, to complimentary toiletries, a coffee machine, drinking water (with a water fountain & ice machine on each floor to top up).
We hired a car and were relieved to have free on site parking as hadn’t prepared for how busy and difficult it is to park in Malta.
It was also a bonus that the hotel is located on a quieter street as it was nice to escape the bustle of the town.
We opted for breakfast and it was delicious with everything you could wish for.
Whilst we don’t make use of the indoor & outdoor swimming pools & gym we were pleased to have these available and they looked really good.

Cons:

Nothing we couldn’t fault the hotel!
