Ótimo local para descansar e aproitat o spa para relaxar.

Maravilhoso o conforto.

Lovely clean, new hotel
Pros:

Very modern and clean, gym was really high quality and new, pool was lovely and lots of sunbeds. We were getting married the week we arrived and were provided with a lovely note and bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch! Good size rooms and nice balcony but view from balcony unfortunately wasn’t nice.

Cons:

It isn’t in the nicest area as near a party strip and can be noise late at night/ early morning.

It’s disappointed.
Cons:

It was very disappointed. When checking in, we were told that our room had some water leakage and unfortunately that was the only room, we were directed to a different hotel nearby. It was very late, we had to check out early for an early flight. When we finally checked in to another hotel, we only got one hour left to stay in the hotel before checking out.

No tengo un recuerdo bonito del hotel
Pros:

Es un buen hotel pero tuve una mala gestión por parte del personal

Cons:

El primer día nos pusieron en una habitación adaptada: la ducha sin mampara que mojaba el wc, también adaptado, y todo el baño lleno de barras. Al día siguiente pedimos cambio y tuvimos que sacar las maletas por la mañana de la antigua habitación y la nueva estuvo disponible por la noche. Al día siguiente nos fuimos por la mañana a las 8:30 y volvimos a las 18. La habitación no estaba limpia y al pedir el servicio en recepción, no hicieron ningún esfuerzo para entender nuestro malestar y me respondían con preguntas.
Creo que es un buen hotel pero es importante la empatía de las personas y intentar hacer bien el trabajo.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the towels and bedsheets were changed daily. The staff was also very friendly, and everything went smoothly.

Cons:

The only inconvenience was the lack of air conditioning and active ventilation in the bathroom, so odors tended to linger.
