Mooi maar niet schoon.
Pros:

Hotel ziet er mooi uit en ligt op een fijne locatie. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Helaas niet schoon. Op de wand in de badkamer, naast de wasbak, zaten veel vieze vlekken met o.a. tandpasta en andere ondefinieerbare dingen. Doucheputje en randen van de cabine waren niet schoon.

Vår upplevelse av hotellet var otillfredsställande.
Pros:

Hotellets läge. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Fick ett rum som hade tydlig mögellukt. Utsikt mot innergården var utsikt i ett ljusschakt. Fick byta till rum med svag mögellukt i badrum, trasigt duschgolv, toalettrullehållare och duschhandtag. I övrigt ett bra rum.
I marknadsföring på Booking.com fanns inget angivet om problem med mögel, att innergårdsutsikten (från rum 101) var ”utsikt” i ett ljusschakt.
Tråkigt för en lyhörd och trevlig personal att under sådana förhållanden försöka leverera en bra upplevelse för gästerna.

Great hotel in superb location
Pros:

Location of hotel and rooms were excellent. Staff were extremely helpful regarding ideas of where to go, taxis, restaurants etc. Overall fantastic stay and would recommend highly.

Cons:

Size of breakfast room and options were ok but could be improved.

Disappointing especially for the price we paid
Pros:

Great location-near to bus station, restaurants etc and stunning view of lit up church dome through bathroom window at night.

Cons:

The room smelt a little stale and there were small ants under the bed which I managed to stop. The bottom sheet was barely big enough to cover the mattress. Breakfast was available a little late for some of our plans and was very basic.

moderno e centrale, perfetto per una breve vacanza a Malta
Pros:

struttura recentemente ristrutturata in ottima posizione centrale

Cons:

la camera potrebbe essere piu' confortevole, con tende meglio oscuranti e piu' spazio di contenimento degli abiti visto che mancano completamente dei cassetti

Diverse Schäden und eine viel zu helle Notleuchte hoch über der Türe
Pros:

Mit dem Taxi gut erreichbar. Hält direkt vor der Hoteltüre. Zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage. Bei der späten Ankunft wurden meine Unterlagen unkompliziert am Empfang bereitgelegt.

Cons:

Duschkopfhalterung defekt und Türrahmen los. Wohl schon länger. Am ärgerlichsten aber die grüne Notausgangleuchte über der Zimmertüre welche so hell leuchtet das die ganze Nacht ein Dämmerlicht im Zimmer herrscht.

Beautiful hotel in an old palazzo - loved seeing some of the older features - stairs, tiled floors, etc. Location was great and staff was very helpful.

Not a 4 star hotel maybe a three.
Pros:

Just the location

Cons:

Hardly any breakfast. I was given a room that had mould in the shower. They immediately changed the room but the electricity was coming and going and the generator kept opening and closing. The breakfast area had room for 8 people. The others where sent above or below but they had to take their breakfast with them.
