Pros:

The public spaces are lovely. The staff is efficient.

Cons:

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.
The rooms were smaller than we expected.
I particularly disliked the fact that there were now spaces (drawers, cupboards) into which we could unpack our clothes.

Atmosfera a fost caldă și primitoare, iar experiența per total a fost una foarte frumoasă.
Pros:

Am petrecut un sejur minunat aici . Amplasarea este excelentă, foarte aproape de principalele atracții din Valletta, ceea ce a făcut totul foarte ușor și plăcut.

Dar cel mai mult ne-a impresionat personalul – extrem de drăguț, amabil și mereu atent la nevoile noastre. Orice mică problemă sau solicitare a fost rezolvată foarte rapid și cu multă bunăvoință, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim cu adevărat bineveniți.

Cons:

Locația este cu adevărat fabuloasă și tocmai de aceea cred că experiența ar putea deveni excelentă cu puțin mai multă atenție la câteva detalii. Ar fi foarte util să se pună mai mult accent pe curățenie, pe prosoape mai noi și pe un mic dejun mai diversificat, deoarece acesta a fost practic același în fiecare zi. De asemenea, câteva mici reparații, în special în baie, ar îmbunătăți considerabil confortul și experiența oaspeților.

Pros:

Alte Mauern, hohe Räume, angenehmes Raumklima. Wir brauchten keine Klimaanlage. Einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück. Es gibt keinen Schrank, doch die Kleiderstange mit vielen Kleiderhaken und einem kleinen Regal leistet auch gute Dienste.

In Ordnung bis auf ein paar Kritiken.
Pros:

Frühstück ok, sehr einfach dafür gibt es maltesische Süßigkeit beim Frühstück welches mir sofort gut geschmeckt hat. Nach 18:00 Uhr war die Rezeption niemand da, es war in Ordnung weil es gab Vorab-Info wo man reingehen sollte. Alles gut verlaufen!

Cons:

Die angepriesene Roof Terrasse war leider geschlossen und für mich der Grund für die Hotelbuchung.
Badezimmer leider nicht gut. Das Wasser im Duschraum auf dem Boden war leider ausgelaufen und fast ganze Bad überflutet. Es sollte im Dusche verhindern, es wurde leider nicht gebaut. Ich musste mit hoteleigene Bodenbürste selber schrubben und auch es war gefährlich falls man ausrutschen könnte. Das war nicht gut.
