Pros:

Dziękujemy za miły pobyt. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Doskonała lokalizacja, ścisłe centrum Valletty, co bardzo ułatwiało zwiedzanie. Zdjęcia w ofercie, które skłoniły nas do wyboru Mulberry Suite, dokładnie oddają wygląd tego uroczego miejsca. Uprzejmy i profesjonalny personel. Dostępna klimatyzacja bardzo się przydała, bo nasza wyprawa była z końcem stycznia. Gdyby nie to, to byśmy zmarzli bo pogoda była bardzo zmienna, bylo słońce ale też deszcz i silny wiatr.

Mostly it was excellent,lovely choice at breakfast ,even though it was continental

Excellent location ,we we’re a party of ten and found the accommodation excellent

Cons:

We had five rooms ,but one of the rooms had a constant problem with their room being flooded by the shower and an awful smell

Inconfort de la chambre (basse température et entrée de pluie)
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner est très bien.
L'emplacement central est parfait
Le personnel est très attentif
Le décor de l'hôtel, aménagé dans une ancienne maison, est très joli

Cons:

La chambre n'est pas chauffée et le matin la salle de bain est glaciale (14 degrés). De plus les fenêtres sont mal isolées ce qui fait entrer le froid. Bien plus en cas de pluie l'eau rentre et recouvre le sol de la chambre: il nous a fallu éponger avec le papier de toilette et les pantoufles d'hôtel de mon épouse ont été détruites. Heureusement les valises étaient fermées sinon toutes nos affaires auraient été mouillées. Une fois la chambre n'a pas été faite. Nous avons découvert ces incidents chaque fois en rentrant le soir et comme il n'y a plus de réception à partir de 16 h il fallait appeler le numéro d'urgence. Le manager ,compréhensif, s'est à chaque fois excusé la première fois par lettre et l'autre fois par mail nous offrant une bouteille vin (que nous lui avons rendue) et des fruits puis nous payant le taxi pour retour à l'aéroport.

Pros:

Excellent location within Valletta, so easy to reach everywhere on foot. Delightful and most unusual internal architecture, Really helpful staff. Superb breakfast. Overall - very happy we chose Mulberry Suites.

Cons:

The room we booked was a standard (I think) room with no outside window, only one opening onto the inner courtyard. At no extra cost the staff kindly upgraded us to a better room, with an outside window, for our second and third nights. We would have liked a small chest of drawers, for clothes, and a second chair in the rooms.

Very happy with central location but shame about the bathroom

Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Bijou boutique hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom was cold with no heating. The shower was a ‘wet room’ style which would be fine if it didn’t flood the whole room so you constantly have to mop the floor. The towels were clean but hadn’t been dried properly so smelt dank.

Malte, une île à visiter... dans dix ans (car, pour le moment, c'est juste un immense chantier).
Pros:

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter La Valette et le personnel nous y a accueillis très aimablement. Nous avons logé dans une chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

L'équipement de la chambre, tout comme celui de la salle de bain, est plutôt spartiate : pas d'endroit où poser ses affaires, pas de radiateur dans la salle de bain (n'y allez pas en hiver), pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de couverture ni d'oreiller supplémentaire,... Le buffet du petit déjeuner propose de bons produits mais est lui aussi minimaliste. En outre, il est littéralement impossible de garer sa voiture dans le quartier; optez directement pour le parking public situé à l'entrée de la ville (15€/jour).

Very pleasant stay in an amazing building and very friendly and helpful staff.
