Disappointing, and not as boutique as expected
Pros:

Beautiful location overlooking cathedral and distant view to the sea. The keyless entry system (you have a code for your room and one for reception) took a bit of getting used to but it was better than worrying about losing a key. Large, comfortable bed. Kettle in room with nice choice of teabags. Small but beautiful rooftop pool with amazing view.

Cons:

Our room was in a separate building over the road from the main hotel in the old building - we didn't know this on booking and it took us a while to work out where we were meant to be going on arrival. As requested by the hotel, we had advised our mid afternoon arrival time but there were no staff on reception to greet or help us. Our room was up a steep flight of stairs (no lift) which would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues or unable to carry a suitcase upstairs. It also made popping to the pool for a quick swim before breakfast a lot more hassle than we'd expected. The bathroom was tiny and badly designed - you couldn't sit on the loo without sticking your feet under/into the sink stand! The furniture was minimalist and flimsy - broken drawer in bedside cabinet. The breakfast is a bit odd - a starter of a three tier tower consisting of a few bits of fruit, some tiny pastries and some cheese slices followed by your choice of cooked breakfast. We didn't like the starter tower so asked just for fruit the second day which we preferred.

Einfach rundum eine wunderbare Unterkunft! Und auch das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!!! :)

Skats bija burvīgs, brokastis fantastiskas!!!
Bija iespēja atstāt bagāžu arī pēc izrakstīšanās.

Cons:

Nebija pieejama EU lādēšanas iespēja, bija jāiet pirkt pārveidotājs, būtu jauki, ja vismaz viens būtu uz vietas. Arī pēc jautāšanas, neviens neatnāca izskaidrot kā darbojas karstais kubls. Vienu rītu dušā bija tikai auksts ūdens.

A beautiful experience in a picturesque town.
Pros:

A beautiful building, tastefully decorated in a historical and picturesque part of Malta. Very convenient if you plan to visit Camino and/or Gozo.
I enjoyed the a la carte breakfast- much nicer than a buffet. The pool was stunning but cold! Very friendly and helpful staff. I felt very comfortable.

Cons:

Some clients might find it hard to check in if they don’t check their emails/messages for details as the desk is not always staffed. There is a bar/cafe across the road where they can help you to access your room. Only one bottle of water provided on the first day. Would have been nice to get water each time the room was serviced. I was hoping there would be a nice beach within walking distance but the nearby beaches were not in great condition. I went to Comino and swam there instead.

Pros:

Чистота, порядок и потрясающее местонахождения. Прекрасный вид из балкона на площадь. Вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

Не было адаптеров (европейского типа) для зарядки. Постельное белье не много застиранное. В номере не было вешалки (только 2 крючка). Коммуникации для водоснабжения были расположены слишком низко около кровати, надо было быть все время бдительным. В более прохладное время года бассейн мог бы быть подогреваемым. До крытого бассейна отеля 500 метров. На первом этаже расположен ресторан, будте готовы к шуму.

El hotel es muy bonito, las instalaciones están muy renovadas y la ubicación es muy buena, tiene preciosas vistas desde la terraza.
Desayuno muy rico

Cons:

No funcionaba el agua caliente, no hay peor sensación que después de levantarte a las 5 de la mañana para viajar y pasar el día entero viendo cosas, llegues por la noche tomar un baño calentito y estar el agua helada... (se puede entender que son cosas que pueden fallar pero que menos que ofrecer alguna solución)
El recepcionista me pareció una persona desconsiderada, NO hablamos inglés perfectamente y nos cuesta entender correctamente el idioma, puso interés 0 en ayudarnos a comprender el idioma, sólo se limitó a soltar la parrafada deprisa y reirse al final con su compañero.
A pesar de estar muy bueno el desayuno, no concibo llegar a las 8.30 al restaurante, estar esperando 40 minutos y primero servir a los que han llegado después, después de desayunar salimos a las 10 del restaurante, creo que cuando la gente viaje prefiere emplear el tiempo en visitar sitios, no estar 1h 30 minutos desayunando (y no fue porque comieramos lento...)

Séjour gâché par le bruit des travaux le lendemain.

Réveillé à 7h00 par des travaux juste à côté de l’hôtel
Petit déjeuner pris pendant une heure avec le bruit des marteaux piqueurs. Horrible !!!

Guter Service, gute Lage...
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig, mitten im Ort und in mystischer Umgebung am Dom, Lokal direkt unter dem Zimmer, lecker Küche und Drinks, kein Lärm, keine Durchgangsstraße...

Cons:

Frisch renoviertes Zimmer , roch noch nach Farbe, hätte besser gehen können, einfach nicht vermieten bis es ausgetrocknet ist...
Kurze Info zum Ort, gibt nicht viel her, ist aber als Ausgangspunkt gut!
