Pros:

Modernes Hotel in guter Lage! Sehr nettes Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen, besonders lecker die frisch zubereiteten Omletts beim Frühstück.

The hotel was very pleasant, spotlessly clean and staff were so helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic but another 1 or 2 coffee machines would speed up events. The orange juice crusher was a luxury but was very very loud and could be moved up nearer the omelette counter.

Cons:

It would have been great to have had the outdoor pool heated a little bit.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, the room exceeded all my expectations and more. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent. The room was surprisingly spacious.

The breakfast was delicious and varied as well. The restaurant staff were all wonderful and worked tirelessly to make the crowded breakfast experience seamless.

Shout out to the night staff, Jose and Emmanuel, for checking me in at the middle of the night with a smile, and Sarah from the morning shift for patiently answering all my stupid questions about transport in Malta.

I'll definitely be back!

Cons:

The walls of the rooms were very thin and I could hear everything going on outside, even the sound of the lift!

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Recht neues Hotel, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist top, in 2 min ist eine Bushaltestelle mit vielen Buslinien in unterschiedlichen Richtungen. Je nach Verfügbarkeit gibt es kostenfreie Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage. Das freundliches Personal ist ausdrücklich hervorzuheben - von Rezeption über Housekeeping bis zu den KollegInnen im Restaurant und Bar - Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

Fajny nowoczesny hotel, z udogodnieniami. Fajna okolica i bardzo dobry personel

Miła i pomocna obsługa, ładny rooftoop z basenem. Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Przestronne pokoje

Cons:

Długi czas czekania na windy, choć wybór na śniadaniu był duży to przez cały tydzień było dokładnie to samo jedzenie. Wcześnie zamykana spa

Pros:

Friendly staff, vert welcoming. The hotel appears new, so good standard of fixtures and fittings. Huge bathroom and superking bed, the rooms are lovely. Very close to the coat, only a 2 min walk to modern bars and restaurants. 10 mins to the aquarium, great there for breakfast next to the sea.

Great bar with pool table and games.

Cons:

There's a pillow menu but when we asked for a soft pillow a very heavy memory foam pillow was delivered.

The roof top pool was open (March), but not the pool bar so no one there to hand you a towel or get a drink.

Pool isn't heated, so unable to use it.

agréable séjour avec un personnel à la réception d'une gentillesse extrême
Pros:

Hotel confortable qui fait partie d'une chaine internationale reconnue. Le déjeuner buffet est excellent avec possibilité de commander des omelettes
Presque en face de l'hotel se trouve arrêt de bus pour bus express vers L a Valette, Gozo , Rabat . C'est donc un emplacement stratégique pour visiter l'ile ,en bus
En outre il y a plusieurs restaurants très abordables tout pres de l'hotel

Cons:

le matelas du lit trop soft

Cons:

-Lingua parlata inglese nessuna possibilità di italiano o tedesco per agevolare una discussione
-Colazione con poche alternative se si ha problemi alimentari, ripetitivo con poca varietà
-Episodio spiacevole con entrambe le chiavi della camera non funzionanti e mancata pulizia nel penultimo giorno, probabilmente per un errore dell’hotel nel registrare il check‑out. Il problema è stato risolto rapidamente, ma la responsabile della reception il giorno seguente ha gestito la situazione in modo poco professionale, attribuendo a noi la colpa con spiegazioni poco credibili. Peccato, perché la prima parte dell’assistenza era stata buona, ma l’atteggiamento finale ha lasciato un’impressione negativa.

Pros:

This hotel is really good value for money. The rooms were recently renovated, modern and spacious.
Best hotel for the price range.
Nice bar and gym, and I loved the breakfast options.

Our room also got upgraded to one with a view of the sea for free.

Cons:

The indoor pool was smaller than I expected, but still nice.
The town of St. Paul Bay is not the most touristic, there aren't a lot of nice beaches. The good things about the town is the aquarium, that definitely deserves a visit, and the port, where lots of touristic cruises depart.
There weren't many dinner options, which could be a "problem" for the most picky eaters.
