I felt very relaxed during my stay, the hotel staff and facilities were excellent and the lication was close enough to g

All of the staff I interacted with were very helpful, polite and friendly. My room was great, comfortable and quiet. Nice touches like a pillow menu and free first stock of drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and very fresh produce.

I made use of the spa facilities, which were small but more than adequate. I had treatments which were amazing - massage & facial - a real treat!

Mostly fit for purpose
Pros:

The location was lovely, spacious room, very clean and cosy. Staff were pleasant and appeared nice when speaking with guests.

Cons:

Thin walls, can hear every bit on banging or noise from adjacent rooms/ outside.

Avoid arriving on a holiday. You risk encountering an impatient and irritated boss who will systematically reject all your requests.
The advertised opening hours for the spa center are 10:00 AM. However, the sauna is NEVER open at 10:00 AM. If you ask, they might turn it on at that time and it will be ready in about 40 minutes.

It's impossible to prevent staff from entering your room in your presence. There's no "do not disturb" sign.
Theoretically, there is a button that should perform this function, but you'll never know whether you've activated it or not.
There's only one hanger in the spa center, so be prepared for your robe left there to be stolen along with the keys in your pocket.
There are no complaints about the work of ordinary personnel
