Não é a primeira vez que vou ao The capital boutique hotel e quando vou tenho sempre uma experiência incrível. Todos são incrivelmente educados, disponíveis, prestativos e acima de tudo prestam um serviço de alta qualidade. É um lugar que me sinto segura, confortável e muito bem tratada.
The hotel whilst central was extremely quiet, the staff were very helpful. The property was very clean and had everything we needed.
The staff, the staff, the staff!!! Unbelievable! From the moment we arrived! We were treated like royalty! EVERY member of staff was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was great in itself! Free drink on arrival. And big jugs of flavoured water and finger food available free of charge in reception throughout the day. The breakfast was delicious! The bedroom was spacious and the bed so comfy. The shower was powerful and instantly refreshing. The roof had a pool with big fluffy towels left out for guests. Beautifully cool air throughout the building. The location was also excellent. All wonderful and the fabulous staff are the icing on the cake ❤️

Todo fue estupendo
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und war reichhaltig. Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer mit maltesischem Balkon. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Stadt und man kann Restaurants, Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fußläufig erreichen. Die Rooftop Bar mit Pool ist toll und man bekommt als Gast ein Getränk gratis.

Geweldige locatie, lekkere ontbijt.
Jammer dat we elke ochtend rond 7 uur wakker werden door de werkzaamheden naast het hotel, met veel boor- en hamergeluiden. Er stonden bouwstellingen en werkmannen direct langs ons balkon, waardoor we weinig privacy hadden en helaas weinig gebruik hebben gemaakt van de jacuzzi.
Very smart, clean and spacious with a contemporary decor. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, we never felt like a burden when asking questions.

Location, staff, Breakfast and the extras like cool drinks when you have been out for the day and also cake. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

A superb boutique hotel with friendly staff, ideally located.
The breakfasts were plentiful with a good choice to suit e Veronese taste.
The rooftop bathing area, the directors chairs and deckchairs are too flimsy and prone to breaking.
L'hotel è piccolo e centrale, situato a due passi dal Palazzo del Gran Maestro ma in una via tranquilla e riparata dal caos.
Lo staff si è distinto per grande cortesia e disponibilità, oltre ad parlare anche italiano, il che rende tutto ancora più semplice ed accogliente.
Pulizia davvero accurata in tutta la struttura e colazione preparata con prodotti di ottima qualità.
Le stanze sono moderne, ben curate e dotate di ogni comfort.
Nulla di rilevante da segnalare, se non una pura preferenza personale: non amo particolarmente le moderne docce a vista in camera. Va detto però che al Capital hanno pensato a tutto, fornendo una tendina per garantire comunque la giusta privacy.
