In baie mirosea rau a mucegai, mizerie pe la marginea dusului, peretii murdari, iar caldura nu a mers in primele doua zile
The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet very close to the beach, shopping mall, and great restaurants. The property is spotless, comfortable, and very cozy. Breakfast feels homemade and adds a lovely personal touch. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. I really appreciated the beautiful mix of modern design and a warm, homely atmosphere. I absolutely loved my stay and would happily return.

Location
The hotel is located in a quiet area with good transport connections. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
The staff are friendly only as long as everything is fine. As soon as you raise a complaint, the female receptionist (who also cleans the rooms and prepares breakfast) becomes rude and makes no effort to resolve the problem.
During the three nights we stayed at the hotel, the heating function of the air conditioner did not work. At night the outside temperature was around +6°C, yet a technician was only called on the last day, shortly before we checked out. After restarting the system, everything worked properly. However, for the entire three days the receptionist insisted that everything was functioning correctly and claimed that it was not really that cold outside and that we could manage without heating.
The technician was the only person who apologised for air conditioner system malfunction and the receptionist’s behaviour. We did not receive any apology from the hotel management.
In addition, on our very first breakfast we found a cockroach in a coffee mug. The hotel’s customer service responded with a standard message saying that they always ensure the hotel is kept clean :)
If you do not want to stay in a hotel where management shows little concern for the comfort and safety of their guests, and where legitimate complaints are met with rude behaviour, I would recommend looking for another place to stay.
Obiekt bardzo przytulny, obsługa mega miła. Pokój czysty i duży. Możliwość korzystania z kuchni bez ograniczeń, herbata i kawa dostępna w każdym momencie.
Pokój miał tylko jedno okno, które nie dawało żadnego światła, metr za oknem jest ściana. Tak na się trafiło, może inne pokoje mają inaczej.
Dobra lokalizacja, mały hotel.
Brak dobrego pieczywa. Dość „hotelowo budżetowe” śniadanie. Przydałoby się odmalowanie pokoi.

Nors ir švaru,bet porą kartų matėme tarakonų.....Tai truputėlį sugadino viešnagę,bet be jų,būtų viskas puikiai.
Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji blisko promenady i przystanków autobusowych. Bardzo dobry dojazd z lotniska autobusem. Warunki bardzo fajne, pokoje czyste i ładne, bardzo miły personel oraz dobrze działający internet. Jeśli wrócę na Maltę to wybiorę ten hotel :)

The room was big and really clean. Amazing shower and huge bed. Probably the thing worth mentioning was the stuff. The lady serving breakfast in the morning was very nice and really took care of the room and remembered our preferences for breakfast .

Badewanne hat Whirlpoolfunktion, die geht aber nicht. Sehr schade.
Das Keycardsystem war leider unzuverlässig, mit Hilfe der Haushälterin, die stets zu Stelle war, ließ sich das aber lösen.
