Vue magnifique sur La Valette.
Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité.
Accueil impeccable.
État de la literie parfaite!
Chambre confortable.

Cons:

Manque une VMC dans la salle de bain et un mobilier pour poser ses affaires.
En gros une salle de bain sous équipée par rapport au reste du logement.

Pessima esperienza pessimi nella gestione del reclamo deluso anche da Booking

La posizione vista mare

Cons:

Purtroppo nel mio soggiorno ilio bagno si è allagato, non sono riuscito a dormire. Si è rotta una cisterna interna alla struttura provocando una pioggia incessante per ore nel bagno. Alla fine la pittura del bagno e anche fuori dalla stanza la moquette è rimasta bagnata. Ho reclamato e mi hanno proposto o un cambio stanza o una percentuale bassissima di rimborso per un giorno. Purtroppo pessimi nella gestione del reclamo ( non accetto la carità se si sbaglia si paga) e del loro problema ma pessimi anche la stessa Booking che non mi ha tutelato essendo anche un cliente Genius dopo vari reclami al servizio clienti.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!Το δωμάτιο άνετο, μεγάλο κρεβάτι και τέλειο μπάνιο!Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικο.
Το προσωπικό πάντα χαμογελαστο και πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει!Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου.

Passabile ma penso ci sia di meglio allo stesso prezzo. Non offre un servizio da hotel 4 stelle.

Cons:

Nel bagno non era presente nessuna presa elettrica.
Non era presente un vano dove poggiare i prodotti da bagno.
Non sostituivano i flaconcini di bagnoschiuma e shampoo, abbiamo dovuto richiederli la sera quando siamo rientrati e non potevamo lavarci.
La stanza e il bagno avevano un sistema di illuminazione troppo basso, non si vedeva bene neanche lo specchio.
La colazione mediocre e con poca scelta.

Bollitore con caffè e the che viene rifornito ogni giorno.

Bagno senza ventola, nessuna presa in bagno, visto che forniscono solo una saponetta ci dovrebbe essere un porta saponetta dove appoggiarla per evitare di sporcare. Sarebbe meglio un dispenser

Sehr guter und schneller Service - der Duschabfluss war verstopft und wurde innerhalb von 1h repariert. Lage sehr schön in laufnähe zum Wasser. Gegend sehr belebt mit vielen Restaurants.
