I bit high price

Not much
Overpriced for what is on offer, dirty, bad smell, uncomfotable bed, bad set up for breakfast …. Would not recommend to anyone … staff is lovely, and location is fine, although construction and dirty right outside as well - and the hotel is not actually in Sliema!
Amazing views from the rooftop, clean and well appointed. Excellent location for transport, shopping and restaurants. Loved the spa pool - a perfect way to cool off during the heat wave.
The weak air conditioning. The temps hit over 40 degrees and it was so hot in our room. The air conditioning hits a wall (bed on the other side) and it was impossible to sleep. The air conditioning was lovely and cool in the foyer but barely coping in the rooftop suite. Really affected our stay unfortunately.
We stayed here at the end of July and beginning of August for our holiday in Malta, and we had a lovely experience. One of the things we appreciated most was the location — being so close to Valletta made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The ferry connection was fast, frequent and especially convenient, with services running even until around midnight, which made our evenings out completely stress-free.
We also really appreciated how cool and comfortable the room was despite the hot summer weather, as well as the high level of cleanliness throughout our stay. The breakfast was predominantly English-style, but it was varied enough to offer plenty of choice and start the day well. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location.
1. Fantastic location
The location is excellent -right across from the seafront, with the ferries to Valletta just about 2-4 mins walk. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby and a convenience store, so everything you need is within easy reach.
2. Good breakfast
The breakfast was tasty and more than decent. It wasn't particularly elaborate- same thing daily, no change. But there was a good selection and I had no complaints about it.
3. Good-sized room
I booked the balcony room, so I can't comment on the standard rooms, but I found the room itself to be a good size and well arranged.
4. Sockets
I liked that they had USB C charging port -especially because the sockets were not ideal for UK plugs.
I paid over €800 for four nights and was extremely disappointed, primarily because of the poor maintenance.
The bathroom had visible mould all over the silicone/sealant. It was honestly shocking and disgusting to see, and I was so uncomfortable with the condition that I couldn't bring myself to use the shower.
The curtains leading to the balcony was also in poor condition - barely white anymore and with visible tears.
There was also a lack of urgency in dealing with the issue when I arrived. It took more than an hour to arrange an alternative room, despite the fact that I had made it clear I was not going to use the bathroom. What made it worse was them confirming to me that all their bathrooms had visible mould, they were ablet to put me in a room with less mould.
Another small feedback: There are enough sockets in the room but all the same type so couldn't use my regular UK devices, they should look into having at least 2 universal type sockets that caters to other devices.
The hotel has such a fantastic location and a lot of potential, but they can and really should do much better when it comes to maintenance.
Mi è piaciuta la posizione, porte esterne insonorizzate e il letto.
La pulizia in primis, come vedete dalle foto c’erano le blatte in bagno. Le pulizie quotidiane erano fatte superficialmente, praticamente veniva rifatto solo il letto. Le asciugamani sono state cambiate 3 volte in otto giorni… E infine la puzza incredibile che c’era nella stanza e nel corridoio…di fogna.
Il kit bagno non era presente, c’era solo un dispenser in doccia che erogava sapone. Una sera per fare la doccia ho dovuto chiedere del sapone, ma il ragazzo alla reception non sapeva nemmeno dove fosse.

Monotonne śniadania tj jajecznica z proszku, jaja na twardo, parówki, fasola, boczek oraz płatki. Do tego salami, jeden rodzaj sera żółtego oraz pomidor ogórek. Brak basenu.
