Nice viewpoint and very good portion of food .
However, the service was not at the level we expected. The staff was not very welcoming and at times seemed uninterested in helping, which made the overall stay less enjoyable.
It is also important to mention that a gluten-free diet was necessary for health reasons, and we did not feel there was enough understanding or proper support regarding this, which was concerning.
We also expected better communication when issues were raised, but unfortunately there was no proper follow-up.
With better service and more attention to dietary needs, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.
the hotel does have a very nice view and the food was actually tasty. However, good food cannot compensate for poor service.
Unfortunately, our experience was below expectations mainly due to the poor service.
The staff was rude and not helpful, making us feel uncomfortable even using the restaurant. At one point, we were seriously considering eating elsewhere because of the attitude.
We also asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, but no one ever contacted us, which is unacceptable.

Distance a bit far for my plans
Breakfast was delicious, location was amazing, sunrise was seen very well from our balcony. Relaxed atmosphere with dark bathrooms. Hot tub was relaxing as well. Restaurants nearby were also very very good with good value for money. The overall stay wasnt expensive at all. Free water and coffee and tea. Nobody bothering us. No noise. Staff was always very helpful. The view was the most thing that I enjoyed. Also the pools were very original and unique and also very relaxing.

Breakfast was amazing , delicious and a wide choice. Hot tub room was huge and a real luxury. Looking out over the bay was brilliant as you relaxed in the hot tub .
The food was great with very generous portions in the restaurant and the sport bar . All staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.
It is easy to travel to other parts of Malta on the bus which you can catch just down the road from the hotel. The indoor pool was something else and a great experience. We didn’t use the rooftop pool as it was too cold but looks amazing and would be great in the summer . Useful to have a fridge in the room and there is a little convenience store close by. Pool towels are provided as well as slippers and dressing gowns . Water provided daily as well as coffee, tea, milk.
I was disappointed with the beach - but then most beaches in Malta seem to be rock. The beach fekruna we found but couldn’t work out how to get to it safely. Very rocky. A 15 min bus ride north brings you to a nice sandy beach and very shalllow lovely clear water .
Lovely atmosphere and scent at the whole hotel,kind amd helpful staff,perfect clean. Strong wifi,cosy room,slept like a kid. Breakfast and the restaurant simple amazing.

i booked a room and received another since my room was under construction, please note they didn’t even inform me that they were changing my room and claimed they we’re “upgrading”. Ruined my girlfriends birthday thanks alot :(

L’équipe est extraordinaire tant à l’accueil, qu’au bar et au restaurant (merci à tous), bon petit déjeuner, les chambres côté mer avec une belle vue, avec un bon confort global. Piscine intérieure très jolie.
Travaux en cours bruyants dans l’établissements, nous avons regretté de ne pas bénéficier de réel spa (il n’y a pas de sauna ni hammam, jacuzzi dans la piscine intérieure non opérationnel, proposition uniquement de soins payants en chambre), qualité de la literie pouvant être améliorée (oreillers, matelas et sommier)
