Sejur excelent și personal deosebit
Pros:

- Check-in-ul a fost foarte ușor, chiar dacă am ajuns târziu, deoarece am primit din timp toate informațiile și codurile de acces necesare.
- Locația este foarte bine conectată la transportul în comun, ceea ce face deplasarea foarte comodă.
- Micul dejun a fost divers și potrivit pentru un început bun de zi.
- Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și mereu dispus să ajute, răspunzând cu promptitudine la orice întrebare sau solicitare.

Ett trevligt hotell perfekt läge i Sliema med trevlig personal och god frukost!

Läget, frukosten och personalen var perfekt 👌

Cons:

Det fanns ingen möjlighet att ha kylda drycker på rummet. En absolut nödvändighet på sommaren på Malta.

I was disappointed about my stay

The hotel it self was clean, the personal was polite.

Cons:

I am fully dissatisfied with my stay in Urban Isle hotel in Malta. Firstly I have booked Junior suit room, but got very small double room. But that would be ok! The most important thing where I stayed disappointed was, that near our window was a canalisation tube! It was terribly. All the time we sound water flow, and periodically someone flushed the toilet and there was a terrible sound.
We stayed 3 nights, didn’t sleep all nights, because it continued also in night! Of course this situation also impact my vacation! The hairdresser didn’t work, I was forced to go out with wet hair! Which is not acceptable at all! Reception worked only from 8.30-13.30, and there worked young people, who didn’t know mostly anything!
I do not like to claim at all, but this is not acceptable at all!

Pristojan hotel na dobroj lokaciji
Pros:

Lokacija je odlicna, osoblje je ljubazno, sobe su nove i ciste. Preporucujem ovaj hotel za kraci boravak. Mi sno bile 5 noci i sve je bilo u redu.

Cons:

Nema sef i frizider ako je to nekome bitno. Mi smo dobile junior suite, a uplatile smo standard room, sto je super, imale smo terasu, ali soba gleda na zid i bude vruce u sobi jer teze dolazi vazduh.

Tutto sommato una buona struttura ma puo migliorare!

Struttura nuova

Cons:

Non avere una stanza con balcone o stendi abiti è stato penalizzante per essere una zona di mare dove si ha bisogno di far asciugare costumi e teli mare.
Colazione sufficiente poca scelta.
