Muy buen hotel
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, la zona es ruidosa pero las habitaciones que dan hacia dentro además de tener balcón son muy tranquilas y tiene vistas parciales al mar y a Spinola Bay. A 5 min de la zona de bares y restaurantes

La zona tiene muchísimo tráfico

Good, clean rooms in a nice location. The public transportation is close and easily accessible.

Cons:

There was construction going on when I went. I did not know about it, wasn't mentioned while booking or after booking either. The construction noise is prominent and it starts at 8am (Monday-Saturday) and stops around 5pm. If you are going on a relaxing holiday or like to sleep in, you might want to double check about the construction.
