Am ajuns la ora 22:00 și abia la 00:30 am reușit să mergem în cameră pt ca nu era curata (am fost prima data și erau lucruri aruncate pe jos, gunoi nestrâns - am revenit la recepție unde ni s a comunicat ca rezolvă imediat, dar imediat a durat 2h )
Gălăgie foarte mare de la vecinii de lângă ( urlete, muzică ft tare la ore precum 3-4 dimineața )

The hotel is nice and modern, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helped with any issue straight away. The location is in a central location but not right at the middle where it is the loudest.
The showers were a bit interesting. It was more of a box and I needed to change room because the door didn't work but then the door was a bit funny in the another room too. Although after letting the staff know, they tried to fix it straight away and offered me the room change.

The Hotel had a great design and spacious rooms
There was a bad smell of mold in all the Hotel from the entrance to the inside of the rooms. I wouldn't choose this Hotel again for this reason mainly. Additionally due to this smell we had to leave the window open and there was so much noise from the bar next door that you couldn't sleep at all. Overall it was supposed to be a relaxing holiday but wasn't.
I would like to report the unacceptable behavior of the rooftop staff member (man with long hair) who forced customers to leave before the official closing time and did so in an extremely rude and disrespectful way. His conduct was highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
Excellent location and a new, modern hotel with a stylish design. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious.
The only drawbacks were that the dark grey and black décor in the room and bathroom felt a bit gloomy, and the rooftop pool area seemed too small for the size of the hotel.
