PRO-nice staff,.it says they have an.internal pool , I didn't have the chance to try it , outdoor relaxing area
Cons: big minus was no breakfast like every other hotel , relatively small rooms

In general the stay was good, the property is clean, and staff were very friendly.
Takes in the stay
- When we arrived nobody was available to check us in for good 10 min also nobody to take the luggage out and help neither when we were checking out, they said the person was on vacation
- Room was good but not properly equipped as two bedroom, we had to ask for towels, no tissue box, one remote of AC was not working, and no way to contact staff directly (only whatapp which I have to add number just for one day).
The place is very good, but for the price paid I don’t see it a good value

Very clean hotel - the location is perfect - helpful staff

The room looks like it was recently renovated, but the placement of the cabinets prevented you from accessing electrical outlets! The shower wand hose was leaking water from multiple spots. The room could have been cleaned better.
Overall there was good security and lighting in the hallways and the parkade underground. However, outside the property, it’s not very clean with garbage heaps across the street and I even ran into a large rat trying to come into the property through the front gate!

Very clean

I have been in irbid many times before - but this is the first time to stay in Royal hotel Irbid- it was perfect- super clean - helpful staff - v close to the shopping malls - high security standards.

Very clean, amazing breakfast, the terrace beside the pool is the best.

The property is new. However, the management is bad not enough towels, shampoo, No hangers to hang your clothes .The sheets on the pillowcases are wrinkled really bad. The floors were very dusty not enough amenities. Not even a telephone for the front desk just a number honestly not worth $30 specially in that area it is not an expensive area for it to cost that much.
