They have the best gift shop and it’s really cheaper than anyplace else we shocked about the prices
and the girl so helpful and lovely her name is haba
We stay in Petra and wadi rum and Madaba it’s really very expensive
The hotel have the best rate in Amman and the location is amazing near everything
And it’s a supermarket and pharmacy near the hotel

The hotel provides a good value for money Situated near the city center with acceptable service. Excellent for long stays especially for people who are seeking medical tourism where many known hospitals are near hotel in shimaisani districts.

The room was dirty, the carpet had a stain, the sheet had a drop of blood and the bathtub also dirty with a blood stain. Terrible!!

This hotel is top notch from start to finish. The staff are probably the friendliest and most professional in Amman from Deyaa the receptionist who went out of his way to help me to Mohammad the bellboy. Wadaa and Farah from the restaurant were super helpful and courteous. Even the security staff were amazingly nice. My room 320 was extra spacious with a very comfortable king bed and a sitting area. The bathroom was clean with a bathtub. The WiFi was super fast and their breakfast was varied with delicious food including a made to order egg station and a huge variety of Arabic and Western dishes. My best stay in Amman so far and the price is amazingly affordable. Oh I forgot that they have a very nice swimming pool too.

Great service, very attentive

I enjoyed my recent stay at Amman Paradise Hotel, where the friendly staff, exceptional cleanliness, and delicious breakfast made for a pleasant experience. The location is average, offering reasonable access to local sights. Highly recommended for a cozy and welcoming stay in Amman.

Excellent customer service and very clean room

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good, all staff provided great customer service. Rooms were very spacious.

I was with a group.
Check-in was painless, as everything had been fixed before-hand.
The room was quite large and everything was clean. We arrived quite late, so the hotel had left a package with for each of us. A sandwich, juice, and some fruit. A nice touch.

The breakfast buffet was a feast, offering an array of options: Hot and cold.
The cold section featured an assortment of yogurt, fresh fruits and cereals in addition to other items.
There were also various breads and pastries.

Dinner was also organized as a buffet. Many choices and not bad at all.
During dinner our second day everything broke down during dinner service because the staff was unable to take and fulfill drink orders quickly enough.
Our group didn't mind, though. We accepted the situation gracefully.

The immediate neighbourhood of the hotel seemed nice enough.

nice hotel not in the centre of amman , 10 minutes by taxy .Nothing to see close to the hotel , the double room is pretty big . dinner mostly with buffet , not bad but always the same . breakfast has lot of choice . the hotel doesn t serve any wine beer or spirits
