Kaya Hotel Amman

Staff are very attentive to their guests. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed.

rooms nice, well sized, decor agreeable, rather than extravagant, facilities good, staff very friendly, residents of a wide range of ages and styles, makes for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Public spaces were not clean. Staff was very good. Bathroom very small. Not a four star hotel.

Great staff, great service we had a very comfortable stay and the staff was very frie And helpfull. Also the services way amazing with great spa and great food especially the breakfast. The location is also close to the central part of Amman.

Every single member of this hotel was very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were also perfect. They do offer free parking so it was a plus. Overall a great experience

Small rooms, overpriced laundry service, not enough food variety for buffet, I think it would be nice to improve the quality of their food. The staff was really nice and friendly,

One of the highlights was how smoothly they arranged our airport transportation — it took a lot of stress out of our travel plans and showed their commitment to excellent service. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it a perfect base for exploring Jordan. I highly recommend Kaya Hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

This was a good place for our purpose. The bed was a bit hard and there was a wedding party with really loud music. It was a great value and the suite was roomy.

Das Hotel hat im Prinzip alles, was ein 4Sterne Hotel haben sollte. ( Lift, Safe, Spa...)
Leider ist Zustand des Hotels trotzdem wenig einladend. Besonders unangenehm ist das penetrane Getuchsgemisch aus Rauch und anderer unerfreulicher Gerüche. Die Betten sind sehr kurz. Einzig das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

The incredible staff make this hotel a 10/10! We booked an airport pickup/drop-off service for an additional charge, and it was absolutely worth it. The drivers were extremely friendly and provided great advice on exploring the city.

The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk to King Abdullah Mosque and a 5-10 minute drive to the old city downtown. I highly recommend booking the hotel's drivers not only for airport transfers but also for sightseeing. The team was incredibly helpful in getting us to all of our destinations. (Thank you to Umar, Ibrahem and the team!)

We even had a last-minute issue where we needed to extend our stay, but the hotel was fully booked. The manager personally took us to his office and recommended similar accommodations nearby, ensuring we were taken care of.

Overall, a fantastic stay at Kaya Hotel—I highly recommend it! I will definitely stay here if I return to Jordan.
