Would really recommend for families; especially with babies and children. It's a very comfortable hotel
Pros:

It's very comfortable especially with a baby. We really liked the play area for children. The staff were very helpful and made sure to answer all our needs. The location is great and it's barely crowded around it. The baby crib was very comfortable. The buffet was also amazing at Asrar Cafe. I would definitely stay in it again when I go to Jordan next time!

Cons:

There was just small problem with the water temperature and cleanness of the bathroom. But not an issue
