Cons:

Katastrofálna kúpeľňa, na izbe od začiatku nebol toaletný papier, vnútorný bazén mal byť otvorený celoročne ale vraj bol práve vtedy v údržbe.

Das Frühstück wurde wegen Ramada aufs Zimmer gebracht. Wäre schön gewesen wenn es Kaffee oder Tee dazu gegeben hätte

La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable et propre.
Le personnel était aimable.

Cons:

Malheureusement les espaces spa, jacuzzi, piscine et même la salle de petit déjeuner étaient fermées à cause du ramadan. Cela doit être indiqué lors de la réservation sur Booking, actuellement ces installations sont précisées comme ouvertes toutes l'année sur la plateforme.
Nous avons payé un hôtel à ce tarif pour avoir accès à ces équipements qui étaient indisponibles, ce qui n'est pas acceptable.
Par ailleurs, le buffet du petit déjeuner n'était pas ouvert, nous avons pu avoir un petit déjeuner dans la chambre mais sans aucun choix et sans café servi, nous avons utilisé le café en poudre de la chambre.
C'est vraiment dommage pour cet hôtel qui devrait simplement être plus clair sur les services proposés selon la période.

Fantastic
Pros:

The hotel staff to start with were really friendly, professional and very helpful and polite, they kept checking with me if I ever need anything.
The hamam facilities were lush and by the way they have a separate facility for men and women in different floors it’s open everyday from 10-7 and u can use
The facilities for free and if you wanted any treatment, then it’s a little extra which is still very reasonably priced and very nice the girls who worked at the hamam are all very friendly and professional.
Room rate included breakfast at the café on the second floor where an added bonus they have a Fresh oven where they can bake for you very tasty maneesh, station for omelette or any other kind, hot and cold buffet and the selection of salad chips and bread again the atmosphere in the café is very energetic. There are so many people there who comes even from outside the hotel to enjoy the breakfast and it always feels very nice.

Женский СПА работает только до 7 вечера, это неудобно. Мужской до 12 ночи.

Comfortable, well cared for.
Pros:

Staff at front desk, breakfast area, valet and spa deserve special attention. Kind and helpful. Loved the Turkish bath!

Cons:

The hookah pipes in the restaurant are a problem. We could not use the Cafe because there were so many smokers and had to eat most meals outside the hotel . Even in the breakfast area in the morning people were smoking the pipes, choking out the oxygen. Recommend only the Cafe be used for hookah and the second section be strictly non smoking.
