Realmente nos atendieron muy bien .
Las instalaciones en comparación con el precio está razonable .

Pros:

Great loacation as it is very close to the city center. Staff call the room every morning to asknif we come down for breakfast which was annoying. Additionally the breakfast area has one toaster that does not work. Great gotel but rooms need some upgrading and WiFi was terrible on our floor. Staff stated that WiFI works best in the lobby which was a little dissapointing. Overall reccomend for the location but needs improvement. Breakfast was also the same items every day which got tiring really quick especially since we stayed for 2 weeks.

The cleanliness of the rooms is average. The carpets in the rooms are old and very dirty. Breakfast was average; every day we had almost the same type of food. The water filter on the breakfast buffet was old and dirty, and the toaster did not work. The staff didn’t clean the room as often as they should have. The location is 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to downtown Amman, but for the Citadel, I recommend taking a taxi because it is quite a walk uphill.

Personale molto gentile ma purtoppo ci sono stati degli inconvenienti tipo camere senza riscaldamanto e acqua che alla sera era fredda non si poteva fare nemmeno la doccia
