Beliggenheden på hotellet var godt. Og personalet var godt

Cons:

I forhold til et 5 stjernet hotel gir jeg hotellet 3 stjerner renlighedden i værelserne var ikke om et 5 stjernet hotel burde være vi fandt flere små. Myg og hår rester fra tidligere gæster som Ikke var gjordt ordenligt rent vi fik et værelse hvor køleskabbet slet ikke var åbnet så der lå gammelt mad i køleskabet det synes jeg ikke er iorden. Håndklæderne var os godt brugt jeg vil i hvert fald ikke komme igen.

Pros:

It was clean, the beçreakdçfast was good, the at6ff was helpfull but there was organisational issues, maybe there was no enough people to clean the rooms

Cons:

We arrived at 15:30 we had two rooms. As the hotel was fully booked, they upgraded one room to a junior suit vut they couldn't give the room until 16:30. This is ridicilous.

And the shampoo and the shower gel in the bathroom were empty.

Pros:

Mr. Raad at the reception was excellent، very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Mr. Loay at the swimming pool was also outstanding and provided great service. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the place was beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
