Disappointing Stay
Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The room was not as clean as expected, and several things appeared worn and poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere was far from relaxing.

The service was also disappointing. The staff were not particularly helpful or welcoming, and it was difficult to get assistance when needed. Considering the price of the stay, I expected a much higher standard.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would choose a different place to stay next time.

We demand immediate action regarding the unacceptable and extremely disturbing way this situation has been handled.

At the beginning, we were asked to pay 1,550 JOD, and now we are suddenly being asked to pay an additional 218 JOD, without any clear and reasonable explanation of where this extra charge came from.

What makes this even more unacceptable is that the hotel actually owes us money. One of our guests cancelled his stay while the reservation was still within the FREE CANCELLATION period, and we informed the hotel several days in advance that he would not be coming. Despite this, the hotel is refusing to refund the amount related to that guest.

So on one hand, the hotel refuses to return money that we believe is rightfully owed to us, and on the other hand, it is demanding another 218 JOD on top of the 1,550 JOD already charged.

Even more seriously, during a phone conversation, we were told that we would be kept at the hotel and would not be allowed to leave because of this payment dispute. We found this statement extremely threatening, intimidating, and completely inappropriate. Guests should never be made to feel that they are being detained or prevented from leaving a hotel over a disputed and unexplained charge.

We are extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the way this matter has been handled. We demand a complete written breakdown of every charge, a clear explanation for the additional 218 JOD, and an immediate review and refund of the amount related to the guest who cancelled during the free cancellation period.

We will not accept unexplained additional charges or threatening treatment. We ask Booking.com to intervene urgently, investigate this matter, and protect us as customers. We have receipts, messages, cancellation details, and other supporting evidence and are prepared to provide everything necessary.
