Pros:

Kaled and Anas was super friendly hosts. We felt like our home. The hotel is located at the best location of the city.

Pros:

Kamer is ruim en locatie is goed. Personeel spreekt vrijwel geen Engels maar wel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Vooraf lastig omdat ze mij ergens buiten de stad wilde plaatsen, maar uiteindelijk is dat opgelost. In de kamer werkte de airco niet en ontbijt pas vanaf 10 uur.

A wonderful location, right next to the historic ruins. There are several nice spots nearby to grab a bite to eat. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind and welcoming. They helped us with every request we had, printed a set of documents for me free of charge, and even didn’t charge us for the laundry. Very smily, extremely polite and welcoming

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. Our room wasn’t well maintained: the sofa was stained, the towels were worn out and clearly needed replacing, the windows were covered with fingerprints, and the floor was simply dirty. The shower drain was clogged, so the water wouldn’t drain properly and ended up flooding the entire bathroom floor.

When we came down for breakfast, the café floor was covered with cigarette butts, and there was trash left in the corners, apparently from guests the night before. Many surfaces were sticky, and even the elevator was covered with old fingerprints.

I understand that this is a budget hotel, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. However, I do think that basic cleanliness is something every hotel should provide, regardless of its price.

Pros:

اود أن أشكر موظفة استقبال الاء..... على لباقة و حسن تعاملها وحلها لبعض المشاكل التي واجهتنا أثناء الإقامة .
الموقع ممتاز وسط المدينة ... الإطلالة على آثار مدينة جرش الجميلة

النظافة جيد جداً
توفر كافيه بالمكان
مطعم ايضا متوفر

عدم وجود تلفاز
انقطاع الماء لفترة قصيرة ثم تم حلها بشكل بسرعة
عدم وجود طاولة طعام داخل غرفة ارجوا حلها مرة القادمة

Zentrale Lage mit tollem Ausblick - aber mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am zentralen Kreisel der Stadt, den Ausgrabungen genau gegenüber. Dorthin sind es wirklich nur 10 Fußminuten und man hat von der Dachterrasse des Hotels aus einen fantastischen Blick darauf. Praktisch ist, dass im selben Gebäude ein Cafè und ein Schnellrestaurant untergebracht sind.

Cons:

Ich war während des Opferfestes dort. Entsprechend war es etwas schwierig, an das gebuchte Frühstück zu kommen, der junge Mann hat sich aber sehr bemüht, etwas für mich zu organisieren. Einen Zimmerservice gab es nicht. Duch die zentrale Lage des Hotels war es die ganze Nacht über extrem laut. Auch durch das Schnellrestaurant war immer Betrieb vor meinem Fenster und es kam durch die Bratengerüche zu starker Geruchsbelastung im Zimmer.

My stay at Jerash Hotel was fantastic, with great service, and amazing view of the ruins
Pros:

What I liked about Jerash Hotel was the exceptional service and the unbeatable location. From the moment we arrived, Khalid, the manager, made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond by upgrading our room. The view from our room was simply amazing—you could see the ancient ruins right from the window, and it was such a magical experience to wake up to that every morning.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the ruins, as it’s just a 5 to 7-minute walk away, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel is close to all the essential amenities, with a supermarket less than a 2-minute walk away, which was great for picking up snacks or any last-minute items.

The staff at Jerash Hotel were top-notch—always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I do wish I had stayed a couple of days longer to fully take in the beauty of the area. Jerash is such a fascinating place, and this hotel is the perfect base for exploring it. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Cons:

What I didn’t like: The only downside was that I had to leave after just one night. I really wish I could have stayed for a few more days to fully enjoy everything Jerash and the hotel had to offer.
