نظافة وترتيب واهتمام واسلوب راقي

ترحيب الموظفين والموظفات وتعاونهم وتعاملهم مع الضيوف بشكل احترافي وممتاز خصوصا مدير الفندق الأستاذ محمد والموظفة وئام على اسلوبها الراقي وامانتها ، تواصلت معي بعد تسجيل خروجنا وفي طريقي للمطار بسبب انني نسيت غرض ثمين خاص بي وكانت حريصه على تسليمه لي بنفسها والموظفة راويه على اهتمامها براحتنا كل صباح تستقبلنا بأجمل افطار.
الغرفة كانت ممتازة والنظافة استثنائية تشم ريحة الصابون والنظافه بكل مكان

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. Rawia was very attentive and responsive to my needs and was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed a much needed massage at the spa. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Tunis.

the staff is really friendly , helpful, always available. they managed to change my room at request. and help out with recommendations etc. the location is excellent,

at the beginning i was in a room by the pool which lacked any privacy and also silence should someone like to rest midday. but thats a personal preference
