Pros:

Bon emplacement plage privée, le personnel est très sympathique et souriant, bon petit déjeuner mais manque des fruits, bon rapport qualité prix dans l’ensemble des repas .

Nice Local Hotel hygiene could be improved 👍
Pros:

Location close to the beach , nice pool area shops onsite, staff very helpful and good manners some drinks in bar, rooms nice and clean,regular cleaned and fresh towels provided

Maybe I was there out of season but the resturant needed more variety in food especially at breakfast.
Working in the industry i was concerned watching chefs not washing hands after handling raw foods or wearing gloves and raw foods been kept uncovered and next to gril before they were cooked, saw the chef making pizza no gloves worn and the pizza dough covering his arms while making pizza, hot food was luke warm say the least i made use of the microwave in dining room. Animation guys were creepy was on case all time but soon as they knew I didn't speak French I was left alone ,again the hotel was not busy so playing the loud music around pool when nobody was there made no sense and was annoying. Yes the issue of water not available until 9.30pm was weird but just remember to collect when you finished your dinner,.FYI they have water fountains dotted around the resturant i would be cautious ⚠️ drinking water from them as they seemed to be plumbed into main water systems and no visible filters which means you might as well drink water from your bathroom ..... again maybe becuase early in season but room was very cold at night and slept under heavy blanket

Frustré de ne pas avoir hébergé dans un logement atypique

Piscine intérieure/extérieur et plage à proximité et le self et chambre spacieuse

L’eau coule orange ou avec de la saleté, hotel très mal entretenue au fil du temps et l’ambiance club lourd

un grand merci à Omar, Midou, hamza et le chef DJ. Merci également au serveur du restaurant rayen qui a pris soin de nous à chaque repas ainsi que les autres. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe !

Cons:

Première chambre qu’on nous a donné problème avec la salle de bain qui sentais vraiment mauvais. Nous avons ensuite été surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer sans payer de supplément comme l’hôtel n’était pas complet à cette période merci beaucoup au directeur.

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel en Tunisie. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été chaleureusement accueilli. Le personnel est attentionné et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Les services proposés sont de qualité, et l’environnement est calme et reposant. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’ambiance conviviale et le professionnalisme de l’équipe.

Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, tranquillité et bon service lors de leur séjour en Tunisie.

Le personnel est au petit soin, l'hôtel est beau. La plage et les piscines intérieures et extérieures. L'équipe d'animation et notamment Mido qui est très agréable, toujours le sourire.

Cons:

Le manque de fruits au petits déj. Le bar ne vend pas de bouteilles d'eau jusqu'à 21h30. En demi-pension, les boissons ne sont pas comprises, mais nous n'en avons pas été informés. Les animateurs qui sont très dragueurs.
