Pros:

Fantastyczna obsługa (w recepcji, w restauracji, animatorzy) - zawsze miła i chętna do pomocy.
Bardzo czysto.
Pyszne jedzenie.
Baseny - otwarty i kryty - bardzo czyste.
Blisko pięknej plaży.
Świetna lokalizacja - wystarczy wziąć taksówkę i można zwiedzić wszystkie atrakcje na wyspie.

Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi médiocre pour un prix aussi élevé. Voici les faits :

Chambre : insalubrité totale, lit inconfortable, climatisation inexistante alors que la chaleur est étouffante, porte du balcon cassée donnant sur la plage (aucune sécurité), pas de bouteille d’eau ni de produits d’accueil, pas de télévision, et Internet ne fonctionne pas.

Restauration : cuisse de poulet froide servie « fumante », cocktail de bienvenue chaud sans glaçons, pension all inclusive hors de prix pour des prestations quasi inexistantes, Internet inutilisable au restaurant.

Services : personnel de réception inefficace et désagréable, sourire inexistant, incapable de réserver un taxi (vous renvoie vers le rond-point le plus proche), toujours la même excuse « ce n’est pas nous qui décidons », réception quasi absente.

Rapport qualité/prix : totalement ridicule. Le prix demandé est scandaleux pour ce niveau de prestations.

En résumé : un hôtel sale, mal entretenu, avec un service inexistant et des prestations minables pour un tarif exorbitant. À éviter absolument.

Nothing what so ever

Cons:

Layout very bad, poor furniture, very bad restaurant, food awful and no varieties , but the important thing is the I and my wife caught food poisoning with severe gastroenteritis from the first meal we had over there

Alors je tire mon chapeau au chef cuisinier c’était très varié très bon il y’avait beaucoup de choix les menus était à la fois traditionnel et à la fois occidentale bravo

L’odeur vers la machine à boisson la piscine qui paraissait grande mais elle était trop juste en plus très profonde et les échelles très fatigué à force de monter dessus sa aurait était mieux d’avoir des longues marches en carlages

Short and honest review
Pros:

I don't like long reviews. I will mention few major points that stood out for me.
Pros:
Great location. Only about 25-30min drive from airport. Great beach area. You can walk for miles by the sea. Pool side is good as well. Decent size and depth pool, also option of indoors pool.
Cons:
Room cleaning is non-existent. We spent 3 nights and not once floor has been swept/tables wiped/etc during cleaning duties. Food and drinks choice isn't very wide. But food is always fresh and you can always find something to eat.
Overall:
Good beach/pool stay if you get good price for a deal.
