Izjemno razočaranje – hotel potrebuje nujno prenovo in boljše upravljanje
Pros:

Lokacija: Edina svetla točka hotela je njegova neposredna bližina morja. Postelja v sobi je bila prav tako udobna za spanje.

Cons:

Sprejem in recepcija: Brezorganiziranost že ob prihodu. Receptorji se ukvarjajo s 4 strankami hkrati in nobene ne obravnavajo profesionalno do konca. Vsiljevanje dobre volje in opazke, naj se smejim po 10 urah vožnje, so bile izjemno neprimerne.
Stanje sobe in opreme: Hotel je star in žal zelo zanemarjen. Kopalnica je bila umazana, hladilnik v sobi pa tako glasen, da je hrup spominjal na helikopter in onemogočal miren počitek.
Hrana in gostinstvo: Hrana je bila popolno razočaranje – kosilo in večerja sta bili vedno mrzli. Pri zajtrku vlada kaos; če ne prideš med prvimi, zmanjka kozarcev in skodelic za kavo, ki jih kasneje sploh več ne dopolnjujejo.
Bazen: Bazen je umazan in na robovih plesniv, voda v njem sploh ne kroži, zato je kopanje neokusno in nevzdrževano.
Osebje: Splošni vtis je, da je osebje neprijazno in nezadovoljno, kar se močno odraža na kakovosti storitev.
Hotela v takšnem stanju žal ne morem priporočiti.

Playa perfecta pero necesita mejorar para cuatro estrellas
Pros:

La playa es muy bonita y no está masificada. Está en primera línea de una de las playas más importantes de Djerba. No había problema de disponibilidad de tumbonas y sombrillas. La comida era adecuada y precio no muy caro.

Cons:

A pesar del esfuerzo de los empleados por ser profesionales, el hotel no cumple con el estándar de 4 estrellas. Las fotos son más bonitas que la realidad. Si quieres un alojamiento para conocer de Djerba al lado de una buena playa y hacer excursiones/rutas está bien, si buscas un resort para relajarte no es el mejor sitio del mundo. Todo depende del listón de calidad mínima que tengas.

l’amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Le niveau sonore à la piscine ! Insupportable le matin pour cause d’animation et l’après-midi sans raison. Il faut attendre 17 heures pour être au calme. Loin de tout. Il faut un taxi.
