Nous avons séjourné à l’Hôtel Résidence Douz en famille, avec les enfants et les grands-parents, et l'expérience a été exceptionnelle. Le service est sans aucun doute le meilleur de Tunisie. Tout le personnel, qu'il s'agisse de la réception, des cuisiniers ou des serveurs, est d'une gentillesse hors norme et aux petits soins. Séjour incroyable ! L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel très accueillant et le cadre dans le désert est juste exceptionnel. On a passé un moment inoubliable.

Tout était parfait : la propreté, le calme, la piscine et surtout l’ambiance désert. Le personnel est aux petits soins, on s’est vraiment sentis bien.
