Great spot for first timers visiting the dunes. Location is very nice

Een leuke plaats als uitgangsbasis om het binnenland van Tunesiëte ontdekken.
Pros:

Ruime kamers met luxueuze badkamers, mooie private villaatjes en een stijlvolle spa. Het restaurant serveert heerlijk lokale gerechten.

Cons:

Zwembad was niet verwarmd, 18 graden is echt wel fris.

Beautiful desert stay
Pros:

Rooms are amazing - we had the basic one but it was huge , beautiful and very clean. The staff were so lovely! The spa was also incredible.

Cons:

Lacked a bit of vibe/ atmosphere. No live music or entertainment in the evenings (no board games). The pool area was a bit lacklustre… no towels or umbrellas out. The pool bar shut and pool service was slow.
The menu also didn’t show what the food was in each dish so was hard to order.

Cons:

Staff not trained properly, too slow in everything, waiter took the order and 15 min after another person comes with the waiter and takes the order again then 40 min after food comes, they offer to take it to my villa, I arrive to the villa and food not there, called reception they said it will take 45 min to prepare the food, I said food was already ready before I leave to my villa and your colleague was meant to bring it, I had to wait another 30-40 min for someone to bring the food that was ready more than 1h ago. At check in we ask the guy how to put the heating he presses some buttons and says it’s on, we come back to the room after 4h and it’s still cold, turned out he doesn’t even know how to operate the heating. If a hotel charges premium price the service needs to follow.
